I have to say BB, but only at the DeKalb IL store. I can't say enough about them. They are the ones that told me to just keep the monitor when I discovered that they didn't actually charge me for it. The manager really went out of her way for us. I wont buy electronics from Costco, though. I just found out that the Philips DVD player I bought a few months ago doesn't output blue component video and I can't watch DVD's on my new 50" HDTV because the screen turns red. I'm sure they wouldn't take it back at this date ( I don't even think I have the receipt) but it was barely used. It's back to BB for a new DVD player!

Target - closest store to me, easiest to get in and out of. Technically Costco is closest, but it's harder to get in and out of.

IF we're talking about the same choices as this BF, I would go for CC because they're laptop seemed the best to me.. But otherwise I would definitely go for BB because CC didn't know how to handle things this year at all.

Glad to see none prefers CompUSA/OM. These two stores are nightmare to many like me.

I think BB has a 15% restocking fee, even if u return within hours!!

No clue--I don't buy electronics anywhere near often enough to have an opinion on stores. I go where the low prices are, providing it's a store with a good reputation and not some fly-by-night place that might take my money.

Otherwise-- Target because I like shopping there or Circuit city because they are the closest to home.
