I'm not a newbie to Macy's, I have shopped there several times over the years. I have never seen a sign or heard of a edv and I have no doubt that many, many items are priced this way to avoid giving discounts. Not a good practice if you ask me and the coupons are used to draw people in under false pretenses.

I ran into Macy's on BF to buy my DD a pair of mammoth crocs b/c I had a Macy's coupon from their ad for $10. off $25. purchase. I read all the fine print and Crocs wasn't on the excludes list. I hand her the coupon and she says the crocs are an everyday value item b/c they end $.98. I said there is no sign saying they are an every day value item, they are regular price. She wouldn't take the coupon and I wasn't too happy. So they knock off a penny so they can call it whatever and not accept a coupon for it. They should of just added crocs to the list of excluded items and I could of saved a lot of time and hassle. Doubt I will ever shop at Macy's again if they want to trick customers w/their coupons like that.

I need to order a pair of these for my DD but not sure about the sizes on the site. Her regular Crocs are a M1-W3. I was thinking maybe ordering her the 2-4 in the mammoths but I don't understand what size that would be on this site. Not sure if that would be a 2 or a 3. Anyone have any idea? TIA

Thank you for finding info on this. This model didn't come w/a remote however. I went ahead and opened one and the kids watched a movie on it. It looked pretty good. I also tried a DVD-R that I recorded some movies on and it worked as well. I think it will be a keeper even though I have seen some other stores w/portable dvd players in their ads. I went ahead and bought cases for them too.

Thanks for the advice. Dh will kill me if the tv doesn't last very long. I know this was an off brand but thought it would be ok since the reviews on the tv were good. Hardly any deals on the 19" tvs. Would Magnavox be considered a better brand? I don't want to pay over $300.

I'm afraid that Target will catch on to what we are all doing and make up a policy that price matching won't work on the 2 day BF sale. All of the emails and such may back fire b/c of the number of people doing this and bringing it to their attention.

I bought 2, one for each of my kids. There was around 5 more on the shelf. I didn't have any luck finding the dual TruTech model online either. They had around 4 of those.

I bought the RCA 7" portable dvd player that is in the BF ad. The item number is DRC6327E but I can't find any info or reviews online anywhere. Now I'm getting nervous. Not even sure what kind of dvds it will play. Anyone find any info on this player?

Certain reason why it has to be from Petsmart? Only thing I buy from Petsmart or Petco is dog food b/c I can't get that brand anywhere else. I buy everything else at Walmart or Target b/c it is much cheaper.

Last year Sears did a price adjustment for me during the doorbuster hours.

My DD(8) wanted these last year before the recall so I told her she could get the PixOs. She got some for her b-day and my DS(10) loved creating w/them as well. It is basically a craft project and I don't have a problem w/them. My thinking is that they are being watched so closely and have been tested that they are probably the safest thing out there right now. They are old enough that they aren't going to be putting them in their mouth anyway.

Monoprice.com is the best place to buy cables. Markup on cables is extremely high in stores. There is no difference in brand names either.
