This year is very different from the previous years with Amazon. Wonder why they made the changes.

Are there any calendar lightning deals up for toys, dvd's, or cd's as in previous years? Maybe it's all changed because of the different format now with all lightning deals. I am still not used to the new format. I am buying less, so maybe that is a good thing. I used those calendars to know when to be online to try and get a lightning deal. It looks like it won't be so easy this year. I did most of my shopping through amazon in previous years.

I totally agree with you! I have picked so many items to buy that are "add-ons". I don't understand the perk of Prime if I can't buy those items unless I have a bigger order. It's the principle behind it that bugs me. I still have to have a minimum that is the same total to get free shipping if I didn't have prime. Hmmmm.

I agree. The list from the previous years also reflected prices. We don't know prices until the day of the deals. I am not seeing many dvd's that I am interested in this year. I normally find too many!

This is what happened to me with every order that I tried to place last year. I finally called customer service to place an order, and they said they had lots of inventory of a certain tumbler, and sure enough, that order was cancelled too. I am not impressed with Beall's inventory system!

I have only been able to use it for free dominoes pizza delivery.

I googled and found a list of online coupons. Most of the coupons were specific for a certain category like clothes, jewelry, handbags, etc. I would send you the link, but I don't think that we are allowed to provide a link to other "deal" websites. I did find $5 off $50 which looks like it is good for anything. Use code SEARS2012 or SEARS5OFF50. There is also an entire list of Sears coupons on the Gotta Deal website. Go to the orange coupons button at top of the webpage and then type in sears.

So glad that you found a coupon!!! They are so hard to find.

It is hard to find a good deal on Uggs. If a store offers coupons, the coupon is normally not valid on Uggs. You might be able to find some old styles that are marked down. The best that I could ever do was to get free shipping with no sales tax. Good luck!
