I almost had one, got all the way to the checkout screen, clicked on place order, and then it came up as OOS...wasn't the one I REALLY wanted, but at this point, I think I just need to settle for whatever I can get, because they are going to be too scarce up to the holiday, I think...

that's so funny because someone messaged me about that site a few days ago, and I set it to the rooster too (in fact, it's going off now, but they are already OOS), and my oldest DS asked me today, 'WHAT is that rooster noise coming from the computer??" LOL they have them in their ad that starts this week...I will be stalking the store that morning, LOL...

I doubt I'll get that lucky...unless it's some mom and pop place that had the foresight to get these in before the frenzy began...ideally, I'd like the TRU exclusive one, but beggars can't be choosers, and if I can get a blue/purple draggle, that will be good enough for DD...I will definitely be checking more oddball places now, though...thanks!

Yep, I pretty much heard the same thing, as far as not knowing what's on the truck. I was also told tonight that the Target warehouse doesn't have them, so they aren't expecting them. And our store had 24 when they opened last Monday (I believe that's when the toy book started), and they sold out in 8 minutes, even limiting each person to 1...*sigh*

It says they have them in stock about 40 minutes from me, but of course, they are closed now, so I will call tomorrow when they open. Thank you for letting me know, because I never would've thought to look there!!

I thought they had other items, other than just electronics, that had the guarantee...not a lot of them, but the more popular ones...*sigh* I bet it'll be there too, but I don't know that they'll have them in stock even for that day...I keep calling and I'm hearing (as well as seeing on the Spinmaster website), that there are manufacturing delays, so who knows...darn it...

I've been searching. Just trying to figure out what the thought process is on this one...I keep calling places, and no one knows when they're getting them, but I keep thinking if they're in ads, they *should* have them in stock at least on the day of the ad release...calling isn't getting me anywhere, and I was waiting in line at Target on Friday a half hour before opening (actually I was first in line), only to find that they didn't get any in on that day's truck...

Even if I'm not looking for something specific at Kohl's on BF, I usually find *something.* This year, the ad is just meh for me...and maybe part of that is it seems that they are excluding a lot more from their percent off sales. For instance, in the past, I've gotten decent deals on video games they sell, though they don't have a great selection, but if I'm looking to get something to fill in a gap I can usually find a decent game, and now you can't get any additional discount on them. Just not feeling them this year, which is really unusual for me...guess we'll see what happens when more big ads are released...

I went to several stores yesterday, called even more, and no one has them here. One of my friends texted me on Monday that Target had them, but I had this stupid thing called work that I had to be at, and couldn't get there. Can't find them anywhere, and all three stores that I went to said the same thing, that they are backed up at the manufacturer. Walmart had 2 boxes on order that were already past the expected receipt date, so they have no idea when to expect them to arrive...very frustrating, but glad there are several more weeks until Christmas...

Hoping this is the week we start seeing some of the good ads!! I'm getting antsy!! LOL

Are you sure it was sold out? I was getting the Monster High Deadluxe High School, and there were two matches that came up for it, one that was at a $109 price point, and then a separate one for the BF price of $99. Similar thing with the Beadola...those were the only things I got, but it did make me wonder if all of the items were like that, so once they sold out x quantity at the sale price point, they reverted to the higher one?

I like the team jersey idea...I'd also love a hoodie kind of shirt...I like the T-shirts, but I always have to wear a shirt underneath it, living here in the NE, and if I'm standing in line outside, I have to have a jacket on, so no one can see my shirt then...if there's a hoodie or sweatshirt, I can wear layers underneath (like a GD BF t-shirt ), and still advertise GD, without the need for a huge jacket over top...

I got a Shark a few months back from Best Buy...you can remove the plastic receptacle (can't think of what else to call it) from the vacuum and carry it with you so you can easily vacuum stairs, too...it's awesome...great suction on both carpet and hardwood/tile...I think we paid about $150, but after a series of $50 vacuums over the years, it was time for an upgrade!! Very happy with my purchase, and it's significantly lighter than our last vacuum was, too...
