Ya I've seen the same issue, found it on eBay and Amazon (from private sellers) for $100 and up. INSANE and not worth it to me. I would sooner get it the week after Christmas and say it was hidden lol.

Santa brings his on Christmas eve but outside of that all the gifts are under the tree, just usually separated by ours and what goes to families houses on one of the two days.

Not done shopping wrapping or shipping so it's 3 strikes we're out. I still have one more big present and some small ones for my wife, we have more things for our daughter, just ordered stuff for nieces/nephews back in FL mostly done with everyone here. Then it's stocking stuffer's. Most of the stuff we have bought has been wrapped though.

I would like to say yes but we all know I would cave and have to participate in BF anyway

There have been some deals on them just need to continue watching online, gamestop, walmart, target, bestbuy places like that.

I had one cancelled yesterday, got nothing from them just an email saying you're not getting this and we won't charge you. Annoyed me so I went and got a replacement gift from Amazon. If you don't have enough to send to people then you need to learn better inventory management.

DOESN'T like Cheesecake? I would just write them off Seriously though, you could do things like Mrs. Fields cookies or Cheeses (assuming it's only the cake version they find evil).

About all we do is pick up things for friends while we are out then it's a break even prospect. We did it again this year got my friend and his wife iPad mini's for their kids they paid us back exactly what they cost so no profit there. I see people going out of the stores with buggy loads of stuff that my only thought is that they bought this stuff for re-sale (happened a lot at BestBuy which we didn't even go to this year). That always really annoyed my that they took stuff from others to try and make a profit. Then I would see them again a couple weeks later when they couldn't sell them all having to return them and my frown turned into a smile knowing they wasted their time and got next to nothing out of it (I think I may be slightly mentally wrong lol)

Agree it's another way for them to take the green from our wallets or bank accounts

The PS Vita is a handheld game console from Sony. It's still being made and I think it was just redone this past summer. It seems to be fairly popular but I can't speak on that personally. As for sales I don't remember seeing any sales on it through BF.

You will find bad reviews about the best products. No way to make everyone happy. Some people will rate a product horribly because someone at the store was rude to them (wish I was joking on this one).

In talking with employees a lot of them told me Thursday wasn't as busy in store as years past. I think a lot of people ordered online Wednesday night and then did other shopping on Friday and Saturday. I would prefer that Thursday only be an online day and Friday for the going out myself. Now I'm waiting for all the christmas decorations to go one sale since we will have to replace most of ours from the move for next year

This year it ended up just my wife and I all day Friday.

I pre ordered the Fire Stick also, hmmmmmmm do I want the full thing or not...

We got a lot more into the holiday spirit once we started shopping online Wednesday night, then had the big family dinner and then off shopping on Friday and Saturday. Sunday we put up a tree (fake since we are staying with friends until our house is done) We got some of those fir sticks that make it smell more real. It set off the mood big time, we got one of the trees that plays a music and light show and watching our daughter dance while decorating was the best.

My wife is a teacher and I can tell you she really enjoys the gift cards and hand made cards they usually come with. She says every time she uses a gift card it makes her think of the child. She used one not too long ago and still remembered what child gave it to her last year. I think last year she got some from Dunkin Donuts, Target, Starbucks. One of her families also got her some of the holiday scented things from Bath and Body Works that she loved.
