Happy February! Had a romantic getaway with my hubby last week. I promised myself that if I survived all of that mess in the hospital, that once I got the "all clear" from the Dr. I was going to take him away for a special getaway. He had no clue. I packed his bags and then took him to lunch before taking him to our getaway. It was a total surprise right up until the swat team was blocking the entrance to our fancy getaway, lol. Rented a casita at Casino Morongo. It was actually pretty nice. Private heated pool, fireplace, jetted tub, large walk-in shower, etc.

Posting for January. Hoping for a good 2022. Waiting for Nintendo Switch OLED's to come back in stock. Going to use my rewards from Ibotta to buy one to play Just Dance since they don't make it for the Wii anymore. Other than that, not much going on. Been cold and then fairly warm. Weather can't make up it's mind. Hoping for final release from Dr. tomorrow. So far, so good avoiding COVID. Crazy variant and surge going on. Well, that's about it. I'll check back in later.

Thank you, I was taking lovenox and then was supposed to transition to pradaxa(?). Never made it that far, ended up in the hospital twice. I am happy to be moving on from a scary experience. I hope your situation goes well too! Sometimes we just have to have a lot of patience and say a lot of prayers.

Congrats and drats, lol. Now I have to figure out how I'm going to play just dance without spending a fortune on a console!

I went in for an outpatient surgery, got an infected abcess, had to have a picc line put in, got a blood clot from the picc line, put on blood thinners, got an abdominal hematoma from the blood thinners, almost bled to death from the blood thinners (blood count was down to 6), so I feel ya'. Ended up spending almost a month in the hospital and doing iv antibiotics at home for a month. Fortunately the blood clot dissolved in under a month and I was able to get off the blood thinners before my blood count went any lower. Sept/Oct pretty much sucked. Just about back to normal now.

I have one of these! I love these. Mine isn't only gotta deal, it is a lot of things that are important to me.

Hmmmmm. I guess the Apple 13 for my daughter for free was a good deal. I was looking for a particular wi-fi range extender that ran $90, went on sale for $60 at Costco, that was a good deal - especially since I needed 2. I got $30 in coldstone giftcards for $20. My Ninja Creami pint jars were normally $29.99 for 4, I got them for $5! I think those are my best deals.

I need to win so we can carry on our just dance tradition!

Just went to Ashley's - didn't win $5000, bummer. Other than that pretty much online only. I went to WM on Friday, seemed to be a lot of stuff available from the ads. Grabbed a couple more items. Got stuff from today's after black friday sales. Wi-Fi extenders from costco, my sister ordered a system from simplisafe with their black friday deals and I got some extra parts for my system with her 60% discount. Got a few odds and ends at Bed, Bath & Beyond with their 25% off coupon which ended today. Went to Macy's on Friday, my sister was looking for a few items. I picked up a couple of star wars clothing items for me and my son. Really all minor stuff. Oh, forgot..got my grandaughter a new cell phone with the walmart deal. Got my daughter's new phone a few weeks earlier from target with their deal. Also got the Ninja Creami and Fiesta serveware from Kohl's and extra pint jars for the Creami from Kohl's. I just realized today that my pint jars never came and they had cancelled my order. I got the same items for almost free when I called to complain because the items were still available on the website. They gave me the same discounts I had on my first order. Got my husband the new Adele CD from Target. Got the special edition motion clock and $30 in coldstone gift cards for $20 from Sam's club. Wow, I forgot about a lot of stuff. I guess because the sales were so spread out they don't seem like black friday purchases. Some of these items were ordered as early as November 6th.

I just saw that it said 5 days. Does anyone know when the gift box will be available in store?

I am debating whether to get a new desktop or just swap out the motherboard and cpu (maybe a couple of other things) on my current one....they have a lot of good components.

The coupon might be available at the store...they usually hand out a coupon on the day of the sale. Or it might be in your account, if you have their app???

They actually had one of the very few items I wanted on sale and I could get it now! I was looking for the Amazon Fire Stick Max, (everyone had the regular and lite on sale). I see Amazon just put it on sale, but I had $25 in rewards at Best Buy, so they won!

No stacking online, only one coupon that's why it's not as fun, lol. It takes a code to get the deal, then you can't use your 20% off.

You did see target, right?

I might get the gift box from bath and body works and go to Ashley's and try to get the gift card, but that's about it at this point.

Now, I'm pretty much thinking it is. I bought one thing from kohl's on the 11th and I'm pretty much done. My sister and don't see anything else we want. The wm ad was a bust. All that's left is target and best buy. I'm not looking for any electronics. I'm bummed.

Unfortunately I see nothing, not one thing, I want to buy. Have looked over the ad several times. :-(

Correction..they were only offering the gift card on an older phone. I was misinformed by the target tech staff.

Well, these are what I'm waiting for...nothing of interest in any of the current ads.

I used coupons that were supposed to start on the 11th with sale prices on my phone (in the kohl's app) the night of the 10th. It still showed my coupons that were to expire on the 10th but let me use the ones for the 11th. I did it at 9pm because I thought they might be on est and I am on west coast.
