I have the cc also, you can still turn off your auto renew. Then you can get the deal and renew in person before your due date.

I have their cc. Love it, it is the only one I use. Get $60-$80 cash back per month, even more after black friday, lol. More than pays for membership.

Why can't they ever offer us loyal, money spending, existing members some sort of perk? I take that back, some time during the year (might have been the one day November sale) they had a discounted membership giftcard that you could use to renew your membership. I used it last year. It must have been, because my membership is due to renew on the 7th and I think I had to let it lapse a little until the card was on sale on the 9th. ...I better turn off auto renew, lol.

I am hoping Macy's brings back their doorbusters that were free after rebate. We used to always get those items.

Usually walmart was our go to. But lately, bath & body works, Sam's Club... not looking for much so a few single items from different stores ordered online.

OK talking about the retail industry....do you all think these organized retail theft rings will impact what retailers do for Black Friday?

I agree too. With so many sales every week Black Friday is just another day. No build-up, no anticipation, no deciding how you're going to be in two places at once, lol. No big day when you've bought all the items on your list during earlier sales. Those darn retailers!
