My husband is not into black friday at all, I have gotten him a couple t-shirts over the years and I love it when he wears them!

Returns at home sound cool. I hate getting out and going in the store, there is always a long line.

OK, under contract for the backyard. Maybe I can find some stuff for that! Seating, bbq, etc.

On this black friday There is so much going on I hope I have time

I can't believe black friday is next month! I'm working on 2 construction projects....don't know if I'll have any money left or if I will need anything.

It's August! I remember when school started after labor day. No kids in school, but have grands starting school this week. Getting ready to attend camp with my special needs daughter next week. Mother/daughter bonding time. Big yard sale with my sister next month. Fun stuff.

Still going round with Lowe's. Using small microwave out of my husband's truck. Mass removed, no complications, yeah! Celebrated 30th anniversary- got my GREEN diamonds! Everyone doing good. So far, things looking up for the 2nd half of the year!

Well, I made it to June. Missed granddaughter's middle school promotion and celebration due to covid. Covid left me with a sinus/jaw problem where I had 2 previous root canals through my jaw? I am on my 3rd round of antibiotics before they go in again. Then I'll be having a mass removed from my back that was discovered pre-covid. Got put on the back burner but it appears it may have grown since then. Then there's $6+/gal gas prices , scortching 100°+ heat and a mass shooting almost everyday in the news. Oh, my microwave broke and Lowe's and the warranty co are arguing about my warranty, it's on my receipt but the warranty co never got the info! How does the saying go? "I'm so tired of being tired!" LOL

Ok, nothing left on my list...they had a 30% off of sale prices, which totaled70% off. Couldn't believe the deal, so I bought them...packers hobo bag, clutch AND cross body bag.

Checking in, almost missed the month! Very eventful month. Took a roadtrip to az. Went to the crayola experience and participated in the P.O.W.W.O.W. produce rescue. Then got home and caught covid! We each got it one by one. My youngest daughter is still negative. She is avoiding us like the plague. Everyone else is pretty much recovered. I am still symptomatic. Messing up granddaughter's graduation and my 30th anniversary! Gotta get moving!

Does anyone know if Dooney & Burke had a black friday sale last year?

OK, I've got something on my list to look for this year. My sister showed me a Green Bay Packers Dooney & Burke purse. Only about $250! They are having a sale right now for 30% off. I figure they will have a better sale for Balck Friday and if they do, it was meant to be. If not, I don't need that expensive purse anyway, lol.

Finally got my Nintendo switch OLED a couple weeks ago. Everyone was out of stock except for the scalpers! Haven't opened it yet. Got it to continue our just dance tradition.

Happy February! Had a romantic getaway with my hubby last week. I promised myself that if I survived all of that mess in the hospital, that once I got the "all clear" from the Dr. I was going to take him away for a special getaway. He had no clue. I packed his bags and then took him to lunch before taking him to our getaway. It was a total surprise right up until the swat team was blocking the entrance to our fancy getaway, lol. Rented a casita at Casino Morongo. It was actually pretty nice. Private heated pool, fireplace, jetted tub, large walk-in shower, etc.

Posting for January. Hoping for a good 2022. Waiting for Nintendo Switch OLED's to come back in stock. Going to use my rewards from Ibotta to buy one to play Just Dance since they don't make it for the Wii anymore. Other than that, not much going on. Been cold and then fairly warm. Weather can't make up it's mind. Hoping for final release from Dr. tomorrow. So far, so good avoiding COVID. Crazy variant and surge going on. Well, that's about it. I'll check back in later.

Thank you, I was taking lovenox and then was supposed to transition to pradaxa(?). Never made it that far, ended up in the hospital twice. I am happy to be moving on from a scary experience. I hope your situation goes well too! Sometimes we just have to have a lot of patience and say a lot of prayers.

I went in for an outpatient surgery, got an infected abcess, had to have a picc line put in, got a blood clot from the picc line, put on blood thinners, got an abdominal hematoma from the blood thinners, almost bled to death from the blood thinners (blood count was down to 6), so I feel ya'. Ended up spending almost a month in the hospital and doing iv antibiotics at home for a month. Fortunately the blood clot dissolved in under a month and I was able to get off the blood thinners before my blood count went any lower. Sept/Oct pretty much sucked. Just about back to normal now.

I have one of these! I love these. Mine isn't only gotta deal, it is a lot of things that are important to me.

Hmmmmm. I guess the Apple 13 for my daughter for free was a good deal. I was looking for a particular wi-fi range extender that ran $90, went on sale for $60 at Costco, that was a good deal - especially since I needed 2. I got $30 in coldstone giftcards for $20. My Ninja Creami pint jars were normally $29.99 for 4, I got them for $5! I think those are my best deals.

I need to win so we can carry on our just dance tradition!
