Deep Discount DVD B1G1 Free!!!
civicracinggirl7 replied to civicracinggirl7's topic in Online Hot Deals
This deal is posted on at least two other deal sites, and I haven't seen any one else mention that theirs was cancelled, so at this point I'd say go ahead and order. I'll post up with DDD's response to my email (if I get a response). I also placed one of my orders again. If it goes through, then I'll order the others again as well. If anyone gets a shipment confirmation, or a cancellation, please post up :) -
Deep Discount DVD B1G1 Free!!!
civicracinggirl7 replied to civicracinggirl7's topic in Online Hot Deals
My orders were cancelled!!! Reasoning: I did not cancel the orders, and 7 of the 8 movies I ordered yesterday were marked at "in stock", with one backordered! This is my first experience with Deep Discount DVD, and of course I sent them an email regarding this matter. The B1G1 Free is listed on the main page of their site, so there is no reason for them to be cancelling orders! -
ENDS 10/16/06!!! UPDATE: No one should have a problem with cancelled orders. Apparently, they had a problem with the address I provided them, and therefore cancelled my first 2 orders. Enjoy! ---- I found this on another deal site, and took advantage of it so I figured I'd pass it on: Buy 1 Get 1 Free on select DVDs (Cheapest I remember seeing was $5.45, and there are a lot that are $6.03). + Free Shipping The best part is that there are actually some decent titles in there, and for those with children, there is a good amount of children's movies. I just ordered 8 DVDs for just under $28 shipped! (Comes to approx. $3.44 each!) http://www.deepdiscountdvd.com/promotion/buyAndGetFree_form.cfm?promoName=parab1g1_1006&page=0 Enjoy

Game Cube games starting at $1.96 WOW
civicracinggirl7 replied to krissy72's topic in Online Hot Deals
Thanks, got 2 gba games for $16.xx after shipping and tax. Earlier, I clicked the first link and it didn't take me to a page, so I figured it was dead. I wish I had tried a little more then, so I could have gotten more -
Congrats on the finds! I'll be heading to target this evening, and hope to get some good scores. On Saturday when I was there, there was Listerine, the Vive Pro, some Dove stuff, etc on clearance, but I have coupons for all of those that I didn't have with me, so hopefully I'll be able to pick them all up tonight if there are any left :) I'm pretty sure I saw that elephant bouncer last trip as well, but it didn't have a clearance sticker on it like the others in the aisle did, I'll have to see if it's still there tonight

For those who did online-BF last year: Are there specials that are only good on a limited first-come first-serve basis? Are they good for only a certain time? Etc?
-
I went with my sister for the $149 eMachine. She got the ticket, but I didn't need or want one so while she was in line to pick up the computer, I ran through and grabbed a couple of other smaller items ($3 DVDs for her daughter, etc.). So this year, you can always bring along someone who may not care for any of the big ticket items to help you out, or vice versa :)

What kind of deals are there online for bf? Are they as good as in-store?
-
We got to check out at the customer service area last year, which was right next to where they made you go to pick up the $149 eMachine. There really wasn't a line at the cs area so we were in and out pretty fast.

HOT (YMMV) - 5 Piece Luggage Set - $10.37 @ OfficeDepot.com
civicracinggirl7 replied to noehlp's topic in Online Hot Deals
I didn't try for my area, since I don't need any, but edealinfo.com/Coupons has a free shipping w/ $50 coupon code -
I don't think this has been posted in here yet. My mom and I were at Target on Saturday, and she's been keeping an eye on the price of the Amana stainless steel grille they have there. It was originally $399.99. When we went, the boxes were marked around $280. When it rang up, it rang at $199.99, so it was half off! So a heads up to anyone else who may have had their eye on it as well.

Haha... if your child will be under 3 at the time, then he/she will be free regardless. -

You also get both parks with the ticket. They're running that special right now, the buy 4 get 1 free (Mastercard), and a $75 2-day/2-park adult pass with the extra days, but I think most of them expire at the end of the year. They had the B4G1 last year when we went as well, so that one may be on-going. Anyway, even a young child will have a good time at Universal. Last year, my nieces were 2 1/2 and 4 1/2 and they both had a blast at both Universal parks. (Actually the 2-day/2-park w/ free child - 3-9 - plus 3 extra days is $99 + tax, so it would not be $200 for an adult and child) -

Yeah, the prices just increased again recently. Just sign up for the mousesavers newsletter and on Sept. 15th there should be special links to the 2 ticket brokers where you can save some more on them. If you check the site, they have either hotel or vacation package discounts listed on there for 2007. -

Sign up for the mousesavers.com newsletter, like fairydustcrissy said. The 15th of every month there is a newsletter sent out, and it almost always includes special discounts on the tickets available at at least 2 major Disney ticket resellers. Of course, you'll really only see savings if you're going 3 days or more. When are you planning on travelling? -
When I went on last night, there were a lot of new profile surveys available. I don't know how long they have been available, but I finished completing them today. So, all members may want to log in and make sure all of your profile surveys are complete :)

I joined a little while back also, and requested an $11 check a week or two ago. As for receiving credit, make sure you click on everything it says to, then you usually have to submit your email address again at the end of the survey also. Just checked, and it says: Request Date: 07/27/2006 Reward Sent: 08/08/2006 Points Redeemed: 113 ($11.30)

My sister picked up the Read With Me DVD system for $18 or so last week at TRU, and one of the extra "books" for it for just under $8. The system was selling for $35 or $40 at Christmas. She also picked up another game for my niece's InteracTV for $4.98 (usually $15 or $20). They had two rows of them, but my niece already had most of them. I checked out the Barbie stuff, and they had some Fashion Fever stuff marked down, but I got 2 dolls before that at Target for under $4 each, so it wasn't that great of a deal to me. They also had some Fairytopia dress up sets for $8.50 or so, but we got a Mermaidia one at Target for $2.48. I didn't really look around at anything else.
