  1. Tide Coldwater is made only in Mountain Spring and Fresh Scent now. Mountain Spring — A blend of crisp and tart citrus and green floral Fresh Scent — a modern floral scent combined with fresh, crisp herbal notes You may still see some of the old scent at outlet places like Big Lots.
  2. Very interesting. I preordered the new book in the Twilight series and it came almost a complete week after the release date. However, I also preordered the latest Harry Potter and that came the day it was released. In fact, UPS asked drivers if they wanted to work the day (Saturday) because they had so many to deliver. From now on, if it is something I really want on the release date or very soon after, I will ask before I preorder as I have had very different results.
  3. With my first read , this was my exact thought. My dh and I detest putting any sticker of any kind on our vehicles. If it isn't easily removable, we won't do it. It may be best to look into the hang tags also.
  4. Please read the first post of this thread. It does include the MM juice information.
  5. It will depend on the coverage for the area in which she will be making calls. We used Virgin mobile and never had an issue. However there is usually some fine print with each pay as you go that you need to note. I know, at the time when we had Virgin, you had to purchase more minutes every 90 days. We used it rarely and ended up getting rid of the phone and losing money because minutes were still on it. I thought about getting my Mom and Dad on our family plan with our wireless service. Adding a line is around $10 and then phone to phone is free. However, the coverage area around my folks home isn't so great for our wireless service. If that is an option, adding your mom onto your plan, it may be the cheapest and easiest.
  6. I wasn't trying to wind you up but giving you a different opinion. I have and still agree that customer service sucks in so many different ways. I was just having this conversation with a friend that works in retail and what I shared was her reply when I told her about crappy service I received at Walmart. Instead of my friend, the retail worker, agreeing that Walmart service had serious issues, she replied that she sees it everywhere. So in my reply, I was pointing out that it isn't just Target, it is everywhere. It doesn't make it right and I certainly didn't imply it was in any form. I just think we can only make stands as individuals with whatever we feel is right. When I commented to Walmart about their crappy service, I got such a crappy reply that I was mad at myself for bothering. Instead, I just stopped shopping at Walmart. They aren't the cheapest on everything anyway. You will have to let us know if and what Target replies. :)
  7. Sometimes I like to play devil's advocate...so... What did the OP write in the above post that was rude? The cashier rang up the item and it rang up more than what the OP thought it would. The cashier did ask someone when asked. Either it was on the wrong peg or slot or it had the wrong sign above it. Regardless, the OP made their statement by leaving the basket of goods behind. I never understand why people don't insist upon THE manager right then and there rather than wasting more time on another day calling more people. I think we all have crappy service, which was the point of my post. I think you have to do what you think is best for you as a person. I recently stopped shopping at Walmart because of crappy attitudes. The OP left Target without purchasing a thing. The OP made a statement and sometimes it helps, sometimes it does nothing.
  8. As a consumer, I have learned how to read tags. Makes life much easier. Unfortunately things not only get tight in our own homes but businesses have to cut costs too. This means that employees don't have time to do things properly and just throw things out on the sales floor. Other employees no longer have the time to double check. Not to mention customers who decide they don't want to purchase items and then just put things back wherever they may be. I think almost every store has employees that just do not care. I have had similar results at Walmart and local grocery stores. I have also had them at Target. So what do I do? Not shop at all? Employees are caring less and less cuz employers are requiring more and more in less and less time.
  9. As far as I understand and have seen the deal, it is on specially marked Pantene. (They have a smaller bonus attached to them.) Beautiful Lengths is a brand new product and I have not seen it in the specially marked Pantene nor with a bonus bottle.
  10. Most clearance depends on the seasons which depend on your area. It also depends on when the new Seasonal stuff shows up as they need to get rid of stuff for the new stuff.
  11. From what I know of Target and Retail, if it shows up as INF, it is not in their system so some stores will not sell it at all. If they can find a price, they can put a price on it and sell it to you. More than likely they can return it to their distribution center or hang on to it until it does go down in price. I know during Global Bazaar, I found a plate I wanted but the stand was broken. The plate was supposed to be in the backroom to be returned because the stand was no longer available. I was able to get them to sell it to me for 10% off because it was the last one and I wanted it. But because they can get full credit for it, they would not budge on the price and frankly, I just wanted it! If they found a price, they will sell it for that price.
  12. The First Years is a company under the Learning Curve Umbrella. http://www.learningcurve.com/thefirstyears?locale=en_US&icid=flashNav
  13. The easiest thing to do is to contact Nintendo. I believe I read they have a great warranty program.
  14. Stainless interior! I cannot believe how many plastic pieces have broken off my Maytag and ended up in the disposal in the bottom crunching away. It doesn't sound good and cannot be good on my dishwasher. Even the silverware basket has a hole in it! Stainless is what we are looking for next, interior that is!
  15. I believe I read that there was a problem with supply again...what a surprise huh? Good luck and keep trying! It is worth it!
  16. You probably won't...it was part of the compaction of laundry detergent that is going on in phases across the US. I believe MI was part of the phase that was a few months ago. In order to be sure, look at what is on the regular shelves....if you have bottles of detergent that are marked 2x or 3x then you are compacted and the markdowns are over.
  17. I have the Oral B Sonic that runs about 19.99 in most stores...there are 3 variations in the brush size. Last time I went to the dentist, they asked what toothbrush I used cuz they were so impressed. Less crap on the teeth which is new for me. The dentist was happy to hear which brush I used cuz they recommend it and hoped that it worked well. I have this one...here is a coupon for it: https://crob.safeprocessing.com/?src=oralb
  18. I think that is 50% off and a lot of Targets salvaged them after 50% instead of going 75%.
  19. Couldn't you just use anything? Am assuming by your statement that you have the lines and the hooks etc...so the pole could be anything as long as you can fit it to what you own. Hubby is handy here so I just tell him what I want and he just does it... I just looked at the links given and some of them are just the pole with the hooks...I guess I am confused at what less you are looking for?
  20. My ds has an MP-3...fairly popular name tho I cannot think of it now. DD has a Zune. DH has an IPOD. My dd is happiest with her Zune(mp3) and ds wishes he had one also.
  21. Currently there are only Archer Farms coupons so it printed only those that are posted on the website.
  22. I buy everything from the vet because one time one of the packages was out of date and it was so easy to just run it back to the vet to get a replacement. As far as ticks with Frontline Plus...it kills ticks but it doesn't REPEL ticks. In other words, ticks will be on your pup but once they bite the pup, the frontline will kill the tick.
  23. We had Virgin Mobile for both kids a few years ago and I never had an issue with them at all. We did switch to a family plan because the kids didn't use their phones enough to justify putting more money on the account...but if you don't put money on the account, it will close after a bit...so we lost some money in the grand scheme of things. I was glad to let the kids learn responsibility with those and now they take care of the family plan ones well.
  24. Refer to the first post of this thread as that post will explain it quite well in detail. HTH!
