i have in the past, but my friends with kids have moved away so it made it a bit more harder. but this yr my kids will give to their friends i've all ready got my dd6 friends done andnow i just need to get for 2 of my sons friends.

thats terrible. some kids just aren't taught to respect other people property. i had a problem with people letting their dogs leave a mess on my sidewalk. then i put one of those stickers that says there a video camera on the premises and it stopped. if you have a camera put it in the window try and catch them or try putting a sign up saying that a video camera is up and you will catch who ever messes with your decor. good luck and i hope it stops.

this is my first yr of having too do this. about 2 weeks ago my son and i was looking at video games online. he point to the star wars game for the game cube said he wanted that one. i told him he has that one. he said this one was different. well i ordered it and i was right i looked at it more closely and he has this one for the DS. so now i have to take it back to TRU and see if i can get something else instead.

i think that's a great idea. here in ny our animal conotrol has a wish list that you can buy items animals need and donate to them all yr round, they even ask of home made pillows or beds so that the animals will feel more comfortable until their adopted. you should be very proud of him.

if you have other children in the house why don't you give the Wii as a family gift so they all enjoy it. why give it to the one doing bad things. then tell him if he had done well it would have been his but since he's doing the things you listed it went to the whole family instead. and then give him one of the other big gifts maybe the nano. i agree with you he shouldn't get rewarded for lieing, skipping school, bad grades, not a good idea to reward this. my son wanted the wii for christmas last yr, i said no he was giving me a hard time going to school. no where near what your going through, but still it was a fight every day. since he and his sister 6yrs old both graduated in june, i got them the Wii they were so surprised it was well worth it. if you don't show him there are repercussions for his bad behavior it's only going to get worst.

i usually do it New Year's day but last yr my dd cried wanting it up longer so we'll have to wait and see.

i started doing it last yr for our dog well not any more, lol. i got her her own stocking but i had to put it way until christmas eve because she kept grabbing it and walking around the house with it. i swear she's as bad as the kids lol. this yr i got her a new bed since she keeps taking over the couch. i gave it to her now so i can have my couch back but she doesn't use it, the cats do it's a giant pillow. oh well the cats like it. i give the cats treats and we buy some toys. last yr i put the dogs stocking under the tree and she went right for it when the kids got up it was funny she was walking around showing it to the kids

the problems been fixed just a matter of time now for it to hit my credit card.

on thanksgiving i ordered the game cube games from TRU. the sale was all game cube games B1G1 half off. with the kids being sick with the flu for the last 2 weeks i really wasn't paying attention. i just notice on my credit card that the amount was wrong. so i went back and checked my emails on my orders (this is why i save all my email orders) and sure enough they only gave me the half price sale on 1 game. since it's alread been paid is there anything i can do about it? is there a number i can call to get the refund for the other game? TIA

my brother and his family live in AL we mail the gifts to each other. i usually call find out what the girls want and then i have it shipped online from the store. i call them and email my brother the info so they know when it's coming. they wrap it and the girls get it christmas morn.

we usually do it on dec 6th ds birthday.

i never gave my bosses a gift. but one yr i did help my boss come up with Chanukah (sp) gifts for his wife, that was fun. i did give him a card but no gift.

same here. i hate having to stay up christmas eve wrapping gifts. i don't usually do it early because i'm afraid i'll forget what i bought and get it again. but this time i'm making a list and wrapping a little at a time. i like the wrapping it's part of the fun.

although i got a lot of deals last yr online, the deals i got this yr were far better. and there still 2 weeks to go.

unfortantly i have had this happen to me also. lucky i get the mail while the kids are in school so they didn't see it. people i told said i should call and say i didn't get the games to teach them a lesson, of cours i didn't do it. that was such a dumb thing to do.
