one yr i was up wrapping the gifts and my son think he was11 woke up to use the bathroom lucky the door was partly closed so he knocked first. which scared me lol. i went to him covered his eyes, walked him to the bathroom then i did the same thing back to the bedrooms. then just as i finished my dd think she was 4 woke up for the same thing i just carried her making sure she didn't see the tree and then did the same thing back to bed. then there was the yr the cats decided they wanted to play with the bows and took them off the presents, ripping some of the wrapping so i had to rewrap. since then i don't use bows till christmas eve and all the cats get locked in the bedroom till morning last yr i couldn't find the AA batteries. i know i had them, just couldn't find them

i ordered them on monday and just got them today and the roboreptile box is hugh it's over 2 feet long, i got 2 of them and the N.S.E.C.T. plus something else and it all came today with the kids home lucky for me i take in packages for the neighbors and just told the kids it was for them lol.

be careful! the colors effect the price the green one is $59.99, the blue one is for $24.99. other then the color i don't see any differents.

thanks my son wanted one last year and i got him the smaller one not realizing this one used a remote. i order 2 this way him and his sister can each get one. there seems to be 4 different settings from mean (like in the wild) to tame lol the video looked cool.

guess i'll be spending BF with the GDer's it's to crazy and all the major stores are a bus ride away. and then a cab ride home, if i can get one. so i'll be looking for the online sales. brad hope you can get me good price on a laptop.

there are no major stores near me and i don't drive so i've never done it. my friend has gone to KB Toys at 5 am to do BF shopping but no way would i get up that early, one year they only let a certain amount of people in at a time. i did go in once at 7:00 am and it was nice. no one was in the store and the staff was sleeping on the floor lol. the manager grab a hugh bag and just followed me helping me with the shopping, recommending sale stuff, it was great but there were no other shoppers. i left with 3 bags of toys for the kids.

this sounds like fun. i wouldn't mind being in it, since i'm the one buying and not getting it would be a nice treat. i'm not on ebay hope that won't be a problem

i used to keep all my bills paid up so when dec came i could hold off paying them till jan, money was really tight so that was the only way, yeah it would double up my bills, but i would pay them off in 2 months. now i managed to save. when i would get a tax check i would just put money on the side for birthday, holidays or when something comes up that's needed. so thats what i do now, just keep it on the side. but lately it seems i'm spending more then i'm saving. i guess i spend about $300 on each one and they get about 35 gifts each. this yr their getting way less then that, since they're getting mostly video games and electronic toy.

i see a lot of threads about buying for everyone else and thats great, but i was wondering what would you like to get this year? my list lol a new laptop (yeah BF) so i might get that one . a dishwasher i hate doing dishes , a man (well i can dream lol), a rocking recliner (that my kids will fight to use more then i will), one peaceful night with out the kids screaming or fighting or teasing , thats my wish list wonder if i'll get any of it, lol happy holidays everyone

were the boxs marked glass? the company is suppose to mark it so that the delivery guys know to be careful with it (suppose to any way).

do the box tops expire? i noticed mine has dates on them isthat important? my kids schools don't collect them so i don't know if this means anything.

yeah i've noticed that too here in NYC things are way more money in Manhattan then here in Queens. even places like McD's are a lot more expensive. i don't go there it's just to much money.

both my son 13 and dd6 has the DS and gameboy advance. the ds plays all the GA games so thats great they love playing them. a friend of mine got her son 10 yr the psp the thing i didn't like about it was that anyone who has wireless remote online service the PSP pick it up and the boy was going into porn sites and there is no way to put a parental control on it. after seeing that i didn't get the psp my dd father got it but he got it to watch movies not for the games. there are alot of movies out for the psp so if you like that feature its good.

i was using my closet and an empty dresser but then 2 yrs ago my then 4 yr dd found the stuff hidden. thank goodness it was wrapped she came out carrying one and asked if she could open it, lol. so last i started putting the stuff in my bin it's a small storage space with a door that locks in the basement. so when the kids went into my closet they only found a few small bags lol. i'll do the same this yr. usually i've got quite a few things by now but with both of them graduating and then her birthday was on the 14th so i'm a bit behind but got some done this week.

i gave the WII to the kids for graduation and one of the games was MP8 we've had other MP games and they're so much fun and this one is no differant. i'm not big on buying systems when they first come out but i'm glad i got the WII it was worth it.

i recieved 1 order i put in it was the disney bucket of dough. the princess bucket is a nice size. i didn't think it was that big. it's a little bigger then a large container of butter hope that helps to compare the size. and i got hte tigger that was about half the size. now i'm waitting for the board games i order 4 and it came out to $42 with shipping so thats not bad. some of the sales end at different dates so watch out for that. the BOGO sale ENDS ON THE 20th

my kids both have dvd players that don't play certain ones but i have one in the living room and in my room that play everything dvd,dvd-r's dvd-rw's, all cd's but none of them would play the 8x's and we tried to copy all kinds of things mostly movies and we tried several of the dvd from the packs just to make sure the one wasn't the problem none of them worked. i was told it had something to do with the speed of the dvd's but i don't l know if that was right. sure is a good deal just don't know if they would work on my dvd players.

i've never tried a 16X how well do they work? i use the 4X and they work good but i was given a 50 of 8X and none of them would play on any dvd player or even on the comps. so i'm wondering if i'll havethe same problem with these? it looks like a great deal and i wouldn't mine getting them, but if they'll not going to work on my dvds then it's not. has anyone had this problem before?

i've been looking for that, but i haven't found it. it wasn't in the news letters i got.

i took advantage too and got some great MB games for the kids. this is great for christmas.
