my son's teacher is pregnant and is due in the spring, i was thinking of giving something for the baby but don't know if thats a good idea. does anyone have any thoughts on this one? thanks for the help. as for the other teachers we try to find out things they like then get it. his favorite teacher is his science teacher so we gave him a fossil that he really liked and kept it in the class to show the students.

2 yrs a go i used an old dresser for the small stuff and my daughter then 3 came out carrying one asking if she could open it, they got moved that night but she found them again a few days later lol. last yr they were in bags tied up in my closet kids found them again playing hide go seek game there went that so this yr i'm putting them in my basement keeping it under lock and key. as for keeping track i have a list, plus i keep one on my comp and just put the file hidden and they won't see it but you know it's there or you could keep one on line like an email waiting to be sent with out the password they won't find it.

my mom always went over board for me and my brother at christmas and i guess that rubbed off on me. i don't know how much i spent last yr, but i know that so far i got about 20 gifts for each of my 2 kids and spent about $200. i saved money just for christmas shopping when great sales came up and it's really paid off, all the stuff i got is stuff they asked for and not just things i think they'll like and don't lol. i hope to be done soon. but i always see something else to get them.

i tired to start about a week before and always end up wrapping on chrirstmas eve until about 2 am, last yr both my kids woke up my 12 yr old first to use the bathroom so of course he had a really hard time going back to sleep, and just when i finished my then 4 yr old woke up thanks to the neighbors partying, i snuck her to the bathroom with out seeing anything, and off to bed, this yr i plan on being done before christmas eve

thats messed up! if they do layaways they should have someone working that station at all times, sometimes poeple are shopping on thier breaks and don't have time to wait for an employee to come back from a break to take care of a costomer. now that store lost your sale even though you went to a different k-mart. if a store do make enough money they close them down. so i would complain to management. it's the managers job to make sure those spots are covered or they should get someone else to ring you up.

thanks rossman, i'll be going there this week since toys r us is right next door in the mini mall and TRU has a great buy one get one free sales going on i'll just stop in and find out, #1 on the list is near me. k-mart stop put out the fliers here wish they would i miss seeing whats one sale with out having to go there. i could check on line but offen forget. thanks for the list.

A friend of mine started working at the K-Mart in Las Vegas and told me they do layaways. i didn't know that K-Mart did layaways. it'll be great if the one near me here in N.Y does, I'm going to find out about this. Does anyone know anything else about this?
