  1. All of their airblowns are on sale for great prices. I like the price on that 8' tall one as well.
  2. This is a good deal - I almost ordered it when it was on sale a couple weeks ago for $49. Definitely gonna order it now! Thanks.
  3. Yay! I'm so glad for you. LOL - my ds's birthday is January 8th. Already have his birthday gifts bought too.
  4. same with me. I live in the KC Metro and called around to stores and nobody had it. I finally called a Walmart in a smaller town about 10 minutes from me and further out of the KC area and they had tons. Endcaps full. I would try rural Walmarts if you can.
  5. I had the same problem with the bounce and spin zebra - LOL. It has been sold out at our TRU for the last month at least. I called around to a couple of Walmarts close to my house and nada. Then I called a Walmart down the highway in a smaller city just enough outside the metro that it really isn't a suburb. They had TONS. Seriously those zebras were everywhere. They also had some the BF toys still - my Walmart down the road doesn't have jack left from BF and this Walmart has the big Bratz doll, the Dora, the TV/DVD combo - dang. I have to agree that I don't think the manufacturers are making as many as in years past - or maybe stores aren't ordering as many because they don't want to be stuck with a bunch of left over toys after Christmas? Is this an economy issue? Don't know but it is frustrating - for real.
  6. I see some really nice prices. I will be there.
  7. I agree with the poster that said that this discrepancy is nothing that I intentionally set out to do - that is why I wouldn't say anything. I happened to be one of those people talking about the Fandango deal - but that was a case of people intentionally taking advantage of the system. My dh works in Loss Prevention for a major national retailer and I can honestly say that their company is not talking about pricing errors. Theft is their number one concern. If the merchandise is in the system at a certain price and the customer pays for that merchandise then they fulfilled their end of the deal. I have a conscious. I use it daily. I give back extra change. I don't think this is a big deal. I wouldn't say anything - we are talking about a one step up mp3 player. Now if they sent me an IPod that would be different.
  8. It is one with Ralphie who wants the BB gun right? Yep that's the one at Walmart.
  9. I am a school bus driver and I can say that pretty much anything is great. It is nice to be remembered. I especially love cookies - LOL. Gift cards are fabulous as well. I don't drink coffee so no mugs for me but the gloves and hat would be well received - you can never have too many sets of gloves - maybe even a set that can be kept on the bus.
  10. I'm not sure that I have seen Bob the Builder. I bought Dora the Explorer and Spongebob at Dollar General earlier this year. Maybe try Lowe's or Home Depot. I know they sell some paper - they might have something. Also do you have a Party City near you? They might have something there.
  11. We used a kit today and made our gingerbread house and a tree. I will take a pic tomorrow. My dh made the tree with the kid's help and I was in charge of the house. I have to say the tree looks much better than my house, LOL. We are an unusual house in that my dh seems to be better at the girly stuff like cooking and decorating, LOL. My kids had a great time though. The kits we used weren't very expensive - $7.99 each and really very, very easy.
  12. I see that many retailers offer a version of a prepaid visa gift card but I imagine most charge that fee. Here is the visa website that lists the retailers that sell them http://usa.visa.com/personal/cards/prepaid/visa_gift_card_order.jsp?it=c|%2Fpersonal%2Fcards%2Fprepaid%2Fgift_card_how%2Ehtml|Purchase%20a%20Visa%20Gift%20card You can copy and paste that link since I can't get it to link correctly. You can always call you local retailers and ask if they have any fees associated with buying from them before you go online. Sorry I can't be more help.
  13. I ordered $25 of items to get the free shipping so I'm not sure. Is there anything else you need on the site? They do have some other great deals right now with free shipping also.
  14. My Wal-Mart has tons of them for just under $10. Can you call around to your WM's and see if they expect to get any in soon? If they are out I would think they would be getting more in a shipment.
  15. I didn't get any as stated in the other thread - the theater is too far away and with 3 little kids I can't coordinate my schedule that far in advance to know exactly what time and day we are going to a movie. I do think the offer was supposed to be just one per person of course. Getting enough tickets for your family to a movie is fine by me but more than that just seems a bit too much. I think people just go overboard on some of these offers.
  16. what is full price? I checked shopzilla.com to compare online sellers. Their smart choice is this http://www.nothingbutsoftware.com/catalog_type.asp?ProductCode=33981&ai=601. According to the shopzilla site they only charge $4.95 to ship so you can get the game for $41 and change.
  17. I can order it but it does say that the item will be "in stock soon" and will ship in "one to two weeks".
  18. Thanks. Got one for each of my boys. They have been asking for a skateboard so these little ones will work great I think!
  19. They had tons at my warehouse sale. I would say yes absolutely. I saw boxed sets as well as individual books.
  20. I got my 3 watches today. They are very cute. Will make great gifts for the girls.
  21. My Kohl's had Cars tonight and with their sale it was $14.99
  22. You might try stores like Marshalls, TJ Maxx, Gordman's etc. Maybe even Tuesday Morning.
  23. yes that's it - thanks for the clarification. I'm terrible about remembering the little details :)
  24. Also I think the point of his post was that the store didn't have ANY laptops in stock at all. Now why put that laptop in the ad as an in stock item if they don't have any at all? I agree there is no legal recourse but it is disturbing that OM had no stock of an advertised deal. Didn't Home Depot just get raked across the coals in some city because of allowing employee's to purchase all of the lcd tv's advertised in their bf ad? What is the difference here? People stood in line when the store knew there were none available for purchase.
