They had a 5qt for $199.99 in last year's ad.

My car has the nav system, but the entire screen has "slid down", if that makes sense, so I can barely change presets on my radio stations and using the nav is almost always out of the question (I've googled it, and this is apparently an issue in a lot of Toyotas). I've been considering getting a new GPS unit too. We didn't have that kind of problems with gps devices.

My ornaments are packaged up and will go out in the mail tomorrow. Hopefully she will have them before she puts up her tree . Secret Santa is a different animal. I've had so many ideas, but none of them are working out so far. Hopefully real inspiration will strike.

I don't shop Macy's, but I think most rebates anymore are sent to you on a Visa gift card. Surely if it was store credit, they would have to disclose that, right?

OMG, y'all! Black Friday is NEXT WEEK! The season is almost over.

Wow, sorry to hear about your heart attack. I hope you are doing well now.

When you drink as much Dr. Pepper as my household does, that alone makes it a good ad. LOL

There was a name and address missing from the cards list. Thank you Sunni0913 for catching my mistake! I have sent her info to everyone participating in the cards, so please check your messages.

Mine are both Cook's Essentials, from QVC. I can't speak to any of the other brands.

I got an $89 TV on a lightning deal one year, and literally about threw my laptop in the floor because I got so excited. LOL

I have 2 on my counter. I started with a 3.6 (or there about) qt, decided that wasn't quite big enough so bought a 5.6. I use them all the time. They are like a convection oven, in that they are cooking with hot air. But the shape allows the air to flow around the food (or something like that). I "fry" chicken legs in it and they are better than my actual fried chicken legs. But I tend to overcook chicken legs because I'm so paranoid I won't get them done. I do french fries, tator tots, fish sticks, any of those frozen convenience foods. I've done a whole turkey breast (see picture), that came out awesome. But my favorite thing to cook in it is steak. Yes, steak. I do add about 3 minutes to the preset, because the preset is not quite done enough for me. The trick to crispy is, you DO still need to use oil. Just spray coat what you're cooking though, it's not like dropping it in a vat of hot oil. And the excess will drip off, so it's still healthier than real frying, if that's your goal.

I had googled "best gaming headsets", and found a list of 5. But they were expensive (like a few of the ones in your link, but they were all up there). Thanks for the link.
-
My son has mentioned wanting a new headset for his game. I see them in several ads, but how to tell the difference? Is one better than the other? I should mention, he has one that works. He says it's "just a cheap Walmart headset". But the brand I see at Walmart is the same brand in all the ads, so maybe he's looking for something more expensive and high tech? I would just ask him, but a) he's told me not to worry about it because my budget has gotten tighter, and b ) he ALWAYS knows what he's getting for Christmas . SO, having said all that, what do YOU look for in a gaming headset? Would you be happy with the $29.99 Turtle Beach Recon 150 I can get at Best Buy today? Or would you be happier with the $44.99 Turtle Beach Stealth 300 in the Target ad? Neither?
-
I have ordered online for in store pickup from WM and Target, and never had trouble. I have read that some people are not so lucky, however.
-
I always think it's not the ads. It's that there's just nothing new. We have it all.
-
I would recommend investing in a better set of pots and pans. Circulon, for example, will last you for years. And the price isn't that much higher than RR or PW (because you're paying for their name to be on there).

Such a tough age. Have you considered upgrading her bedroom decor? Maybe a new comforter & curtains, a few wall hangings? Something for that transition from little girl to teen (sorry to say the "T" word, I know it's a scary one. LOL). Karaoke machine? Dance video games?
-
Wow. This is usually one of the last ads I'm waiting for.
-
Home decor, throw blankets (maybe as part of a set), kitchen gadgets. Is there anything a lot of the participants have in common? For example, hunting and fishing gear always go over big when my family plays.

Bass Pro had one for $599. Cabela's had a bundle (Kayak, Paddle, Crate, Garmin Striker 4CV) - 899.99. Home Depot had an inflatable for $60. You can check out those ads here, if it helps: http://forums.gottadeal.com/topic/286017-black-friday-ads-from-the-past-dates-lists-scans/

Hoping Someone Can Help Me With Questions - Amazon Music Unlimited
Bopeep replied to shoptillidrop2's topic in 2018
With your Prime account, you can get 20% off Music Unlimited (reg $7.99/mo). If you buy an Amazon device, you get 3 months. I don't know if you would get the free months if you don't buy it from Amazon. I may be missing what you're seeing, but I don't think owning one of those devices will make the monthly rate cheaper.
