Time is moving fast! 2 1/2 weeks to get your info in. Also, please check the lists to make sure your name is there if you've already turned your list in. I don't want to miss anybody .

PJs for the grands, memory foam rugs at Walmart, the newest COD game for ds, and Xbox live renewal for same. There are probably other things I buy every year, but they aren't coming to mind right now.

I have to go with Walmart.

Do you mean how to get it to stay? Since you (presumably) can't staple or nail into vinyl fence? Would Command Hooks work? I don't know the weather where you're at, or if they make an outdoor sticky for those, maybe?

It's Beginning to Look A Lot Like Christmas OOPS! Magickallight beat me to it "You've given back my joy in life" A Baby Just Like You "Trim the tree and wrap the presents, turn the Christmas music on" -
I decorate Thanksgiving weekend. I start listening to Christmas music way early, and I'll watch a Christmas movie any chance I get. I am a firm believer it never "too early" to start celebrating Christmas, so I don't judge anyone that decorates earlier.

We always just do a regular sugar cookie, with regular buttercream icing. But we make a LOT of them. LOL. This year, I'd really like to try to make baklava. Is that a cookie? It's a little intimidating, looking at it, so I may or may not give it a shot. Anyone make it?

White Christmas "Christmas was on its way. Lovely, glorious, beautiful Christmas, upon which the entire kid year revolved" -
Thank you! I will definitely look into this. So far, he's eaten (not really, but heavily chewed) the handle off my recliner, the bottom of my entertainment center, and the carpet between the living room and bathroom! LOL

Our last Sears just closed its doors (or, if not, they are in the last few days). I went in when everything was marked way down already, and checked out with over $50 total. The cashier handed me my receipt, and then handed me a gift card and said "Here! You earned a $10 gift card!" with a big smile on her face. I laughed, and said a $10 gift card to a store that's closing???

The Chipmunk Song "I see you've traveled far, bearing treasures" -
I agree. Grocery shopping on Black Friday? Weird.

2 in just a few days, Awesome! I see a few things I could use in this ad. Unfortunately "I" is the operative word there, and "I" am not supposed to be shopping for "me". LOL I wonder if by BF my pup will be less likely to chew up one of those dog beds. Hmmmm. Probably not.

Baby, It's Cold Outside "With those holiday greetings, and gay happy meetings, when friends come to call" -
It's a free for all in my house, and I take pictures of it all while it happens . As far as separating things, I used to put everything in a pile, and it got divvied out before they started opening. When the grandbabies came, I started separating them because I hated that they had to sit there and wait. I was sure they didn't understand and I couldn't stand ANY disappointment. Funny, I never thought of it that way when my own kids were little. LOL The oldest grandsons are old enough to read a little, especially their own names, now, so I might put them all out again and let them be the ones to hand them out.

Congrats winners!

My favorite contest! #1 - I've been out here for 3 days, surely there's something in this ad I want! #2 - Awww, look at all those idiots standing outside in the cold. We're all nice and warm in here. Just a couple more hours and we'll unlock the door. #3 - If I could just touch the enchanted XBox One game, I know all my Christmas wishes will come true!
-
Not a thing in there I need, but I bet I look at this at least once a day waiting for the next one. LOL

It's coming quick! What's your Black Friday budget for this year?
Bopeep replied to magickallight's topic in 2018
I've been using Swagbucks for 8 or 9 years. In that time, I've earned 199,400 "swagbucks". The "value" of the buck has gone up and down a little over the years, but right now each buck is worth .01 if you buy Amazon cards (which is all I buy), so that's almost $2000 free money they've given me. I am not as devoted as a lot of users, so if you really get into it you can earn a lot. I do all my internet through Swagbucks searches (example: I don't type gottadeal dot com, I search GottaDeal). I watch for what they call SwagCodes, which are just extra bucks. Most of my bucks come from shopping, and that's mostly for work. The company I order all of our office supplies through offers Swagbucks. Sometimes it's 2 SB/dollar, sometimes it's all the way up to 8 or 10. And some of those orders are rather large. You can also make Swagbucks by watching videos, answering surveys, and other activities. Here's the deal on the shopping though. You can't use Swagbucks AND support Gottadeal. The office supply company I use is not affiliated with GottaDEAL. 'Tis better to go through GD to get to stores you know are affiliated. The Swagbucks aren't worth that much . -
I have 34 on my list. That includes Secret Santa and Ornament Exchange here on GD, Dirty Santa with the family, employees, and grandkids' teachers. Without the extras, I have 21 family members. And of those, 7 are musts (kids and grandkids)

I got that notice too! I use the card now, but to be honest, I don't use it AT Target much. LOL. I shop at Target a lot around Black Friday and Christmas, but hardly at all the rest of the year.
-
I'm sure I'm just overlooking it, but I feel like I've looked everywhere. Can someone point me to the list of last year's ad items? Not the ads themselves, I have those. But the list. I'm 99.8% sure that gets archived, and I've accessed it in the past. **Never Mind. I found it. Thanks!

I'm looking for one of these this year too. It didn't occur to me to hope they would go on sale. LOL That, and I'd like to find a pair of work boots for my son for around $60 - $70. Although, we've recently figured out he's growing again, so I might just let him buy his own boots (he's 23 and 6'2").
