We are torn between 2 different ideas for this year... Target has some awesome pre-made baskets. They are much cheaper than putting your own together. DD would love the Crayola one, and DS wants the Pirates of Carribbean one. DD needs a new fishing pole. She's 2 and a fanatic. I'm thinking about getting them each the little backpack telescopic ones. We travel a lot, and they would be so easy to take with us. DS uses an adult pole, but those come in telescopic also. I always stick in socks, sandals, or anything else I'm buying anyways to make it seem like they got more. For those of you using my gardening idea.. they have some cute tools and stuff at the Dollar Tree. Planters are really cheap at Family Dollar, and they make great baskets. I have also used the summer plasticware from Walmart.

Which store has the lowest prices on toilets?
amyers12345 replied to misshayley's topic in Deal Finder & Deal Discussion
We got our last one for $40 at Lowe's. You have to buy the wax seal, seat and the line separately, which amounted to $50 at Lowe's or $8 at walmart. It's just a small one, but it's for the kid's bathroom. You buy the tank and bowl separately. I think they are around $20 for each piece. -

Do you guys notice if you typically win at a certain time of day? It seems that I never win during daylight hours. -

nada today.. we had tide, but I don't care for the smell. Also had tons of the honey biscuits, but I didn't think they sounded very good. Must have been wrong! -

Are these a new markdown? We always do the sundae bars for parties, it is so easy, and the kids love it! They keep for a long time.. gee, maybe I will have to go look. Our local grocery store usually has blue bunny ice cream in 5 quart pails on sale for 3.98. I get the toppings, and also buy several different candy bars and chop them up. They did have the 12 packs on clearance with a coupon on top of that. Yes, they accept both coupons, one of each. -

If there's a coupon on a sale item, it's more than okay to post it here. But all discussion related directly to coupons should be in the other thread. I'm under the assumption that as long as an item is involved, it's fine for here, but discussing how to use them and store specific problems should be in the other. This thread is too large, and posts unrelated to sale items take up unnecessary room. It's hard enough to find things in here as it is. -

Has anyone looked at the scrapbook stuff recently? For those of you who got the TP, can you drop me some off? I always buy huge packages, and apparently, I miscounted last time I went to the store. I get up this morning, and there's not any!!!! I traded DH cars today, and forgot the carseat, so us girls are stuck home without. hrmm... an excuse to go stock up tonight! I went back last weekend and got more of the Kraft Mac & Cheese 6 packs, this time with a coupon. They are on clearance for 1.48, and now there's a 50 cent coupon. Please stick to topic guys, there's a separate coupon thread. This is the last thread I want closed, and I'm sure many others agree. It's been threatened before, think about what all of this arguing is risking. -
Let's calm down about this. I agree that it is an employees only site, but then again, it is a public site. I know that people have to have a place to vent, and of course, people that think they may be venting about them may get a little upset. What really bothers me is that these employees are taking it to heart and actually admitting to violence against customers. In a normal situation, most entry level employees hate their jobs enough to stick it to the big boss. These cashiers are actually following out customers and possibly harming them, or at least scaring them to death, over a few coupons that the manufacturer will reimburse anyways... just for the big boss. Don't let it get to you, these are anonymous employees with nothing better to do than blog about work. Gee, that's the kind of life I wish for.

I still have Navy perfume when I was probably 13. It doesn't seem to smell as good as it used to, but I may just not like it as well anymore. It's usually laying in a clear drawer. hrmm.. Maybe the dust on the bottle kept it fresh? I have a question on the mix stix. We have the High School Musical music ones and the video ones. There is also one blue one with no logo on it with sale prices also. Are these compatible with any memory card, or only the movie cards that were hanging next to them? There was only one movie, and it was a teenage chick flick. I didn't know if I could save DVD's to an SD card, or how that worked. -
I completely agree with Vicloo. Easter is turning into a very commercialized holiday. I do support it more than Valentine's. There's nothing like pressuring the one you love to treat you extra special the same day everyone else does by giving you a $100 5-foot teddy bear that takes up your entire closet. I usually get the kids some spring oriented stuff.. last year it was small shovels, seeds, potting soil, gloves, and an apron, tucked inside a planter. This year, it's a bunch of Elmo stuff from See Spot Save for DD2, and not quite sure for DS.. maybe a few new baseballs, grip tape, and a batting glove. They had some cute premade baskets at Target, actually with quality stuff. They had a Mr. Potato Head one that is so cute. You can't stuff a basket for the price. DH's old company always has a huge egg hunt for the kids. They just rope off squares by age, and throw out tons of candy, cans of pop, and $ stuffed eggs. They have prize codes in the eggs, you go to the corresponding table that is chock full of different leveled toys. Last year, DS got a couple of gamecube games, some plug & plays, and a bunch of stuff. DD didn't get a prize egg, but they gave her all sorts of stuff anyways. This year, unless we go with friends, the kids won't get to go.

I started reading this last night and I was shocked. Toebaby, the person that posted what you quoted had a few very odd threads that I found. http://www.targetunion.org/node/16083?from=0&comments_per_page=10 It could be totally bogus, because you would think the guest would have called corportate and sued thier butts. But, if they scared her too badly...

Need help with ideas for Star Wars B-day Party
amyers12345 replied to neanwe's topic in Deal Finder & Deal Discussion
I don't know where you can buy them but I have a bunch. We were going to do it for DS a couple of years ago but changed it. I can't remember where I got them. Probably at WalMart when the movie came out. -

There are literally tons of the remote starter systems at our Target. They are 24.98 and 29.98 I think. -

all of the hyperscan cards were 2.48 at my Target. There were several. I only remember seeing Wolverine. DS wanted it too, but there weren't any systems that I saw, only cards. -

That will make 3 of us! I am so excited! Did you know that Branson has a new one? It opened last summer. I haven't been, that makes a super long trip for me. I figure there's not much during the summer and Christmas times. Same as Osage Beach. It's great when it's not tourist season. -

no, I don't.. I'm sorry. They have no sale ad this week either. If you can catch a 50% off coupon, you might get a deal. Have you checked ebay? -

They were the send in picture ones. I didn't see the others, but I just dashed in and out. I did see the ones where you draw somewhere. I'm not positive, but I'm pretty sure they were at Michael's. -

Thanks! I had to make an accidental trip there today, and didn't have the list I made this morning. Walmart at Marshfield ROYALLY ticked me off!! I found 4 more sesame and me illustories, I left one if you need it. I also got 6 packs of Kraft mac and cheese for 1.48. I went to the Target at Osage Beach a couple of weeks ago, and I loaded up. They had tons of stuff I'd seen on here. I have actually found stuff in Springfield the past couple of weeks. I have never found any before. I got the cappuccino maker!! But it was used. Haven't decided what to do with it. It was completely clean, except a couple of grounds under the drain. Were you at Target last Sat morning? There was a GD'er looking for juice boxes. Good to hear from you again! -

I need help guys! I usually go into Target slightly prepared. Well, this time I am going all out. I am printing lists and DPCI #'s from a nameless website. This website has a couple of huge lists from the end of Jan-1st of Feb. Do you think there's any point in inputting all those #'s? How long will they keep the stuff on shelves? Do any of you do this? How many #'s do you punch each week? How far back do you go? -

nope, that's it! Thank you so much. They had 4, but I had no clue what it was. I only bought one, and it would have been perfect for nieces and nephews for Christmas. And thanks Comm402. That is a cool feature. Of course, there is only one at my nearest, but the Target I love that is much further away has them all. Do you know what I would search for to find the top and other pieces?
