  1. I wouldn't worry too much about that list. It first came out in March. http://www.snopes.com/2015/11/16/isis-kill-list/
  2. Brad's right, that free shipping code expires today. (I was thinking OP was looking for a current code, not a BF code.)
  3. SHIPMVC should work if you have a Kohl's card. Otherwise, I think you're out of luck. Kohl's doesn't usually offer free shipping to non-cardholders

    Osh Kosh BF Deal

I got a flyer in the mail today from Osh Kosh. They are having 50% off everything from Nov 20-30, but 60% off on Thanksgiving and Black Friday. They also have their regular 20% off $40 coupon and some door busters, including $18 Puffer Jackets.
  5. Can you shop with a buddy? The best thing is to have someone get in line immediately to hold your place. Also, if you're getting a lot of stuff, it's helpful to bring your own shopping bag to hold it all. We used trash bags one year and it worked great.
  6. I price matched my son's bedroom set from Kohls a few months ago. I was told that they wouldn't honor a coupon >15%. I bought the bed set from Kohls with the 15% off coupon and then sent them a screen shot of Wal-Mart's website with the lower price and they refunded me the difference in the full prices. It's kind of hard to explain but I ended up getting slightly more than 15% off because they didn't adjust the coupon.
  7. It also counts towards your rewards points, if that matters to you. The Fitbit alone gets you really close to $30 in Kohls Cash and $10 in rewards.
  8. Does anyone know when Cartwheel is updated for that day's deal? I checked at 130am (est) and it was the old deal. I was hoping to find out before I went to bed so I knew if I needed to wake up early to be at Target!
  9. We use Target pharmacy. Thanks to the start of flu season, we managed to rack up enough prescriptions to earn a 5% reward coupon. It doesn't look like there are any blackout dates, but I'm wondering if anyone has used the reward coupon on Black Friday? I'm kind of excited to get an extra 5% off of our Christmas shopping!
  10. Looks like the catalog will be in tomorrow's newspaper. We get the coupon section delivered on Saturdays and we got 2 copies of the catalog today. ☺
  11. Did anyone get the catalog mailed to them? I swear we got a copy in the mail last year.
  12. Totally random, but I'm really hoping to find a good deal on a baby carrier this year. My BIL and SIL are due in December with their first and she's completely opposed to babywearing. I think my BIL would absolutely love it, so I want to get him a carrier for Christmas. The good ones are kind of on the pricey side so if I could find a good BF deal, that would make my Christmas.
  13. I was so happy to see this post pop up today! Let's get shopping! :-)
  14. This code came up expired for me.

  16. Len, I live in Haverhill but this time I was shopping in Nashua. I normally shop in Salem but I needed to pick something up in Merrimack, NH and I needed a change of scenery. You can only shop the same mall so many times!
  17. I was at the mall on Sunday ("Sheer Panic Sunday" as they called it on our local radio). It was definitely busy, don't get me wrong, but it really wasn't terrible. I didn't find myself waiting in any ridiculous lines or anything. I had tried to do a little shopping on my lunch break a few days last week but the lines were way too long. I still have to finish shopping for my Dad and DH's Dad and one niece, who I won't see until the 26th so I could go out that morning if I had to.
  18. Did you check Target? http://www.target.com/p/doc-mcstuffins-mobile-cart/-/A-15300745#prodSlot=medium_1_1&term=doc+mcstuffins+mobile+cart According to their "Find in Store" locator, there it is in stock at two of the Targets near me. Not sure where you're located...
  19. Nowhere close to done and not sure when it will happen. The weekends are so busy and there's only 2 left! Last year we wrapped everything on Christmas Eve. That's so not happening again this year! Maybe this weekend we can at least get some gifts wrapped.

    Now what?

Spent >$100 at Barnes and Noble on signed books. I also exploited Target's gift card sale and bought $300 in Target gift cards for $270. I spent >$200 at Kohl's too. Most of it was on Christmas Village pieces for DH and the nativity scene I've had my eye on, but I got a bunch of toys too. Very pleased with my haul from Kohl's.
  21. No, that's how they do it. Kohl's Cash is essentially a coupon for $10 off a $10 purchase (or in your case $35). They always take the $ coupon off before any % coupons. That policy is pretty clearly stated on the Kohl's Cash itself.
  22. I went out around 9pm Thursday. I wasn't going to go at all, but DS fell asleep early so I was able to. Kohl's was a DREAM! Got a good parking spot, found a carriage, and got everything I went in for. By the time I got into line, there were only 3 people in front of me. It was wonderful! I poked around Wal-Mart after. I wasn't looking for any doorbusters, but I had no problems navigating the aisles and I walked right up to a register when I was done. It was busy but not crowded, if that makes sense. I was shocked! Friday morning I got to Target around 11am for the gift card deal. Again, walked right up to a register. There was a longer line at Starbucks! I went to Barnes and Noble next and got a TON of signed books. I was surprised they had so many left. I didn't wait long in that line either. Best Buy was the worst. They were so packed and had a much longer line than I expected for 2pm. I only wanted a few Blu-Rays and they still had what I needed. I peaked into Old Navy later on in the day (6:30pm maybe) and the line was CRAZY! It probably would have taken over a half hour to get through. I feel sad that I'll never be first in line when a store opens, but I did like not being in a huge crowd this year.
  23. I wasn't going to go shopping on Thursday but my son went to bed early, so I figured I might as well. I didn't get out until after 9pm. Kohl's was dead. I thought the toys were going to be completely picked over but I found everything that I wanted. I only waited in line behind 3 people. The cashier said they were slammed when they opened and then it went quiet, then it picked up a little again. I just got there during a lull I guess. I went up to Wal-Mart after that and there was no line at all. None. I didn't buy much there, but I was shocked that it wasn't slammed. I guess I was there after the door-busters. With all of the holiday pay that stores have to spend to open on Thursday, I wonder if it's worth it to them to keep opening on Thursday. Spreading it out over two days seems to work well for crowd-control, but I wonder if it's worth it financially. You can pay people less to work on Friday and get relatively the same sales for the total weekend (assuming that everyone who shopped on Thursday would have shopped Friday instead).
  24. Congrats! You're definitely getting more than a truffle!
  25. Has anyone found a 20% off coupon that works yet?
