you got it. There is a flame that is ALWAYS burning in the temple, when the temple was destroyed, and reclaimed there was only enough oil for 1 day. It took 8 days to make oil. Freesia is correct. Mabennet - I know it is hard, but try the store again after Xmas when you may have some of the "we're sorry" GC in hand... I bet the employee in question has been fired and you have a better experience. There are jerks in every bunch, and that store seems to have found one.

ty for posting coupons. I went yesterday, got the peppermint lotion, and some other stuff, and a free full size full price body lotion for very little money. I have a GC coming in the mail, so I hated to spend the cash, but that peppermint lotion will sell out... :) so I spent it.

I would guess if it has been effective against coke they might, but the pepsi one bottles don't have points, and the coworker who drinks diet pepsi has been dismayed to find diet replaced with one in the cafeteria, so I may not have any points any way :)

please make sure to call corporate, or zap an email (not about how many coupons they allowed you...) to tell them what wonderful service you received at their store during this high volume high stress time when it could have been easy to let service slide. I know BBW corporate responds to any compliments towards the employee(s) named.

retail stores will deny you return rights if you are excessive, as well... I see no reason Amazon should not have that right.

I think I would program the UPS number into my cell phone and call the next time he was anything but polite to me... right in the middle of his sentance if need be. Just "hang on a sec, I have your managers number right here... lets call and let them know your concern..."
