i have contacted the shipper they are starting a reace but there not claiming any responsibility and ill have to pay for the new product. i have checked all around the property. thanks everyone just called credit card there going to dispute charge for me. hopr this works hope package is found!

they do but the product never came to my house i think it was left somewhere else. i checked with neighbors but no luck. should i wait until the inquiry is done to contest or do i do it right now. I know this because i was home five minutes after they said it was dropped off and checked the porch.

a week ago i and my wife ordred a present for my brother from a reputable mail order hobby shop which i have shoped with for some time now. acouple of days later i checked the companies web site for the tracking number to see the progress of the package this was this friday. to my suprise ups web site said the pagage was delivered already. Immediately i went out side to the front door to see and there was nothing there there was not even foot steps. in the fresh snow we recieved on the nite it was said to have arrived . naturally i called both ups and the mail order company and didnt get really anywhere, except a inquest that was opened. I dont believe this will go anywhere what should i do next? Any help would be appreciated. thanks

could not agree more you would think that retailers would be do everything possible to get us to part with our money in this economy. everything i had my eye on i have already found great prices on in the last 2 weeks or so (black friday pricing).

i agree completely! although i was quite suprised that best buys deals were'nt with any rebates (since they are king in that category). still not worth going out 14 hours early for. very dissapointed sears is not giving out gift cards this year.

whats the 400 dollar 48 hour exemption? also possibly a dumb question, but do you have to declare all the stuff, does it take a while just wondering because ive been to canada but never really brought anything back, other than a article of clothing or souvenier.

two years ago home depot offered all there black friday deals online the day before, but last year they did not. i thought it was great.

I dont know if this will help but lastyear i was able to buy the black friday items from there web site on thanksgiving day morning at the bf price. I dont know if everything was there, but i got the compressor and nailer combo and cordless drill they had.
