So much for waiting for BF LOL--check out my TRU success today

Yeah his has is retiree card or whatever you call it. Our Home Depot had a military appreciation day last month and he used it. I'll have to check it out -
Depend on the store. My KB Toys only allows 10 people in at a time. When someone checks out, the next person in line comes in . Very organized and effecient. This is why you want to be the first 10 in line. Get your items and get out to the next store on your list.

Toys R Us, KB Toys, Walmart, and Kmart. I pretty much buy for my kids and nieces and nephews. So the family oriented stores with toys are my main places to spend. I'll cross my fingers I get the Toys R Us giftcard and will use that one wisely as I spend tons there every year! Any help during the christmas time is appreciated.

Great deal. I think with the $10 coupon I had and $10 gift card from mypoints.com (love that program!) I saved the $20 too. Im not sure if my TRU has the military appreciation day as my husband served in the Air Force. Hmmm, have to check that one out -
I'll have to check out the rock tumbler as I bought it. maybe I'll return it and get the metal detector instead (he wants one of those too). I bought the solar system one and it look fun.

I went 5 yrs ago when I was 7 1/2 months pregnant. almost 8. No one really pushed or shoved me. Of course even though I was pregnant, I am 5'11. LOL.

Every year I am by myself. But later in the day meet up with my sister and mom (we split up shopping to make sure we get everything on our lists). My husband stays home with the kids. I usually leave the house around 1:30am get in line by 2am and shop till I drop from there! meet my sister and mom around noon for lunch and to exchange the items we bought for each other. Works out great My friends refuse to shop on BF. Said its too early to stand in line. Yet its funny because they will be the first people to complain about the money they spend at christmas !

I have $250 in cash saved up. The rest will be paid for by my debit card from my checking account. No budget. I usually spend around $1000 or so on gifts

I go where the deals are. Walmart has super clearance deals especially after christmas. I'll take my chances losed some IQ points.

I don't usually go out the day after christmas. I do however head out the weekend after as Walmart has great clearance items. I got a bunch of makeup sets for less than $1, my christmas cards for this year for .33 a box. New garland for .45 and icicles for .05 cents. Cant' beat those prices!

Those Amazing Amandas are going sky high right now on ebay. I did a search just to see if people had them. Wow.

Im in Ohio and weather here is very fickle. One year it will be a snowstorm and the next just cold. I just hate the ice storms we get
-
No way. I love knowing what will be on sale.

I haven't filled up my one vehicle for 3 weeks. Im stay at home mom so I don't have to go places all the time. Now I conserve gas by staying home and only going out if needed and for the kids after school stuff. All my BF stores are relatively close. A bonus this year is Target moved in up the street

My walmart has always been 24 hours. They close at 5pm on Thanksgiving day and reopen at 2am.
-
Yeah, whats BF w/o some arguing, mad dashing, and shoving?? LOL

I absolutely hate them.Usually if a store has them, I don't shop there. Either give me the discount now or I shop elsewhere. Period. Some of us cann't wait 4-6 weeks for our money back
