My favorite store to hit is KB Toys. Super expensive all year long, but come BF they have a GREAT ad. I usually buy tons there.
-
Thats the rule with mine too
-
besides KB Toys in my area who only lets 10 people in at a time, its a free for all at the rest.

I hate how they stuff the pallets in the most hard to reach places. God forbid several carts beat you as its a traffic jam. One year they put a pallet of this one toy in the pet aisle! Luckily a woman told me where it was so I got one, but how weird is that! no wonder why tons of people complained that year

yeah, dinnerware sets are at Kohls and Target. Usually can find some great deals. I got a service set at Target one year for really cheap. Nice quality too

I don't even go to sleep. I know I have to be in line by 2am or earlier so its a teaser to try and get sleep. I take a nap in the afternoon after turkey so I can be semi-refreshed!

I always glance at ebay, but is the shipping charges that make me push the back button. Great deal on pricing in the auction itself, but they gouge you on shipping.

I remember munching on crackers because I had the whole 9 months sickness. It was horrible. Here I was 7 1/2 months pregnant in line at KB Toys at 3am feeling nauseas and eating crackers. It was worth it though, I got great deals that year! LOL

I don't even do a budget because I always buy more than whats on my lists.
-
I think I am buying this model. My sister wants to go half with me so it will be even cheaper for me. Thanks for posting

Depends on what on sale/clearance. Usually though I wait a week or so

7.5 ft tall pre-lit christmas tree. So convenient and there is no more swearing because one string of lights was out and it wasn't blinking. LOL. I hated checking each bulb to see which one was bad. Took forever.

I have never done lay a way before, but there is a large item I just cannot store at the house. Its at Walmart. Its a leather tv chair for my son when he plays his video games. I just don't want it damaged either.
-
I go out the weekend after BF too. Decorations and wrapping items all go on sale for really cheap. I stock up for the following year. I also buy my christmas cards etc
-
God only knows I don't do anything once the kids go to bed! Being a stay at home mom doesn't really tie up my nights or weekends. LOL
-
the only thing I bought at Toys R Us last year was two of the crayola art sets. One for my own daughter and one for my nephew.
-
I honestly think I do better alone. I can quickly get what I need and get out w/o waiting on anybody.
-
Thats why we all join forums such as this-to get a sneak peek!
-
I was hoping alittle better pricing on the toys last year.
-
I could never bring a drink. It would go right through me. LOL. I always say I will bring a coffee, but I know what would happen as I wait in line
-
I for sure head out Thanksgiving day and Bf. Depends on the clearances for the next day. I do go out by the following weekend as they usually are up to 70%++ clearances
-
I found some nice cookware items at Target and Kohls. Some small kitchen items at Walmart are always on the BF list too.
-
So much for waiting for BF LOL--check out my TRU success today

Go to mypoints.com its a site where if you sign up and agree to read their emails, advertisements etc you will earn pointes. If you sign up for any of their offers then you get so many more points. At any time you can trade your mypointes for mechandise (giftcards). In my case I earned enough for a Toys R Us giftcard and also a Walmart giftcard. You should check it out -
Stores in general will NOT match on buy one get ones, percents off, etc. Only solid pricing. For example: TRU has a toy for $9.99. Walmart will match that. Walmart will not match something that is 25% off. Walmart will match groceries as long as you don't need a discount card to get that price at the other store. Like Acme or Giant Eagle. Won't match those (although sometimes I can get a younger cashier to! LOL)
