I have my lists in the ads, but I usually will buy other items also. I should, but I don't stick with lists or budgets. LOL

I have never done lay-a-way, but my sister does it at walmart as she has 3 kids who get into everything. No place to hide anything. She puts everything in layaway and this helps her store the stuff.

Thats what I did. Kmart has them on sale right now. I cannot wait to play it!

Gift cards are great. If I give them as a gift, I try to buy a nice card and personalize it by writing a short note to them. Or I buy a little something extra to put in (perfume, bath beads, or something related)

I usually don't go to Walmart first thing. I am in line at KB Toys as they have the best toy sales for my kids. Besides that, they open at 5am so then thats when I race over to Walmart

Im sure they are still pm. Not sure why they wouldn't as that gives them so much more an edge on shopping BF. Toys R Us stopped doing it (which is ridiculous) so they are pretty much the only ones left

I make sure Im at Walmart for their gift sets, decorations, and christmas cards. Their clearance items go so quickly.

Toys for Tots is my first charity. Then the Humane Society. Children and Animals gets my heart every time

I don't know what I would do if my husband ever had to work. Fortunately they always shut down for a 4 day weekend. I guess if he did have to work, I would bring to my parents to spend the night. Dad can watch them when mom goes out shopping

I get a $100 gift card every year from my parents. Its for gas, but you can use it for whatever at Sheetz.

I like the HBo one for the adults. My husband and I usually get together every Saturday with several neighbors. I bet it would be a blast playing it

I don't mind them. I at least can get what I want instead of heading to the mile long lines at the return counters

Im in Ohio and the weather is so fickle here. One day it will be 60s (like today) and by this time tomorrow its saying highs only in the upper 40s to low 50s. Every BF I worry about snow.

I bought it at Kmart just in case no one has it on sale on BF. I cannot wait to play it. Never heard of it until this year. Now everytime I see the commercial, I want to play it!

Im glad my Walmart reopens so early so I don't have to wait in line in the cold.

Thats too funny. My mom got a regift from my sister before. A serving platter. I ended up with it last year! LOL. Its a long standing joke in my family. This year, I will rewrap and give to someone else in the family. we all do this every christmas

I do it for fun no matter if my shopping for my kids were done or not. I do go right now for the toys as I have 6 kids to shop for (my own and nieces/nephew). But, I love to go out for myself too. I always end up buying bedding or something for the house. I remember Kmart had some good stuff on sale. Walgreens has the Revlon lipsticks on .99 (down from 5.99)

I was hoping Scene It and all the expansion packs would go on sale on BF. I bought the Disney version at Kmart for $29.99 but would love for it to go cheaper. $20 would be nice

I asked my Walmart and the one cashier said she didn't know, but didn't see why not. She said they received no memo on it nor did any manager say anything during a meeting they had

My husband doesn't understand the excitement of getting in line at 2am. The jitters of getting great deals. BUT, like Jazz's husband, he too is a hunter and doesn't see why I should question him goinng out in the woods at 4am.

My sister was told she couldn't get off this year. But she doesn't have to go in till 9am. She is still going to head out to a few stores as most open around 5-6am here. I will help her with whatever she doesn't have time to get.

Definately more friendly people. I meet tons of nice people while waiting in line. You will always have those few people who are rude though

I never go to bed the night before BF. Mind is going nuts thinking about the lines etc. Too excited. hence why I go to sleep when I get home!

I forgot about that one. Your right. I did remember them yelling out one year that the Fur Real Cats were gone. Another point for KB Toys in my book!
