  1. Wow! I'm not in the market for one of these but I'm tempted anyway. I can't imagine my son's face if I got him one of these.
  2. I haven't received a cancellation notice yet, but they haven't shipped yet either. My other item I ordered for the free shipping shipped yesterday, but I'm really hoping that I get my two trikes. Still crossing my fingers.
  3. I saw the commercial this morning too. It's a "big screen" TV - heck of a great price, but too big for me.
  4. Maybe you should post some "open for business hours" and the time zone - you poor people could receive calls at all hours. What a very generous thing for you to do ... I hope Santa is very good to you.
  5. Will you cook mine? Looks good and plentiful to me.
  6. I opened an account on the apple website a week or so ago and they emailed me a $30 discount on a $300 purchase - good until the end of the month. I need two nanos so it works for me. If you don't have an account go ahead and set one up but don't buy anything and then maybe they'll send you an incentive also.
  7. Items shipping soon: Delivery estimate: November 27, 2006 - December 1, 2006 1 of: Disney Mickey Mouse 10-Inch Trike Sold by: Amazon.com I'm still crossing my fingers.
  8. Wow! Now that's a cool toy.
  9. It wasn't my first purchase found on gottadeal, but I too fell victim to a new Dell last year. I still love it. Great place around here.
  10. Yes, I can confirm, I had the Godiva dark chocolate covered pretzels and they were awesome. (Sam's Club)
  11. Here too. Even the older children's (even though they don't believe - I do :) )
  12. This year is the earliest I've ever put up a tree, it's done. I assembled it on Thursday and my daughter decorated it last night and today. I've even got the Christmas stuff all over the house. I know I'm going to hear about it since I'm having Thanksgiving, but I'm honestly glad I'm done.. now to get some alone time so I can wrap some presents.
  13. I know that you said that you were looking for in a store but QVC had some nice prices on their Dooney & Bourke collection today.
  14. Oh, I'm crossing my fingers it goes through. I received my email confirmation with delivery around 12/12.
  15. I'm in for 2, 1 will be a gift, the other I'm going to donate to a child care center. Maybe I should go back for more? Great Find! Hope it goes through.
  16. I made my first woot purchase today - I've been wanting one of those "woot killing" Roomba's so I bought one $149.99 plus $5 shipping - pretty good price I thought. Besides - to not have to follow the dog around while he sheds - priceless.
  17. I think I need to buy one of those cards that will give me access to the internet anywhere - that way I can be in line if I need to be and then surfing the net still looking for better deals - now where do I go looking to find a deal on one of those cards, does anyone know of a really great place to do that?
  18. Hmm. How much do you think they'll go on ebay for?
  19. I'm not sure where you live, but could maybe you and him take a day trip somewhere? I'm not sure how that would go over with the other kids - but as a present maybe a daypass to a museum exhibit or a concert? An autographed book? A musical instrument? A star that he can name himself? Stocks? Or set up an account with so much money and let him pick his own stocks?
  20. I found the link to the beer commercial also.
  21. http://www.gottadeal.com/goto.php?http://media.putfile.com/WizardsofWinter-SM "A homeowner who was forced to pull the plug on his computerized Christmas light show last year has a bigger display planned for this holiday season. Carson Williams will be decorating a park in this Cincinnati suburb. Williams spent nearly two months last year hooking up 25,000 lights at his home in Deerfield Township and programming them to flash to Christmas music. The music was broadcast through a low FM transmitter, so people driving by could pick it up on their car radios without the music being played through the neigborhood. Williams' display went dark last Dec. 6 because of safety concerns and increased traffic from sightseers. But the attention led to appearances on national television, and the house was featured in a Miller Lite beer commercial. This year's display, opening Dec. 2 at Heritage Oak Park, will include 35,000 Christmas lights synchronized to music. Williams, a 41-year-old computer engineer for Cincinnati Bell Technology Solutions, and volunteers have been building the display, which visitors will view from their cars like a drive-in movie. It will cost $15 per car for a 15-minute show. Williams will get some of the proceeds with most going to Festivals of Mason, a local nonprofit group that organizes family events." I might have to take that trip!
  22. No. We were shopping the other day and he was looking at the Ipods, because of course that is the top of the kid's lists this year, and for about the next hour all I heard about was how those little pieces of aluminum could cost so much. So, no, and I'd like to keep it that way.
  23. Best Buy is offering a $25 gc with the nano purchases. Otherwise, you could try the apple website and go refurbished.
  24. It really is hard. My son's birthday is 12/22 also, he was due on Christmas. I try to do something special, just me and him, like catch a movie or go bowling. His birthday presents are never wrapped in green or red, but he usually gets something off of his Christmas list, but never the one thing that he really wants because I save that for Christmas.

    The Phone

When you say that you order it over the phone, do you then pay for shipping? Are there customer service lines open that early or do you call the store directly?
