I like the USB charger, chapstick, and folding chair suggestions for the survival packs. I'd really like a flashlight keychain though. My Christmas stockpile is getting a bit out of hand since it's only the end of May. Been clearance shopping and have all the under 5 nieces/nephews done and my son could be but isn't. He's gotten very into Disney Cars and I don't have any of those stashed for him aside from a remote controlled Cruz. He wants the giant 5-12 packs of Cars characters. Where do we expect the best toy deals this year?

Happy New Year! I've spent the day watching the Rose Parade and taking care of toddler who's getting sick. I took two trash bags of toys to a consignment store yesterday, mission for 2019 is decluttering! And filled another with donation stuff while DS napped. Figure that's a good start!

Hope everyone had a great Christmas!I hit up the after Christmas sales at Wal-Mart and Walgreens today, have to find someplace to stash it all now!

Lol. I'm usually still getting SOMETHING the week of Christmas so I'm excited to be almost done. Then I can finish wrapping Christmas and get started on the birthday presents so my toddler will quit playing with stuff when he finds it. I'm out of hiding places!

I need to buy two gift cards to go with therapist gifts, my mom's gift, husband's last gift, and two boxes of popcorn then I'm done Christmas shopping!

Happy December! Christmas is less then four weeks away, eek! Getting ready to go to a Christmas parade with DH and DS. If he likes this parade I may take DS to a bigger one next weekend.

I'm here! I loved my shirt but I use the reusable shopping bags weekly at Aldi so I'm excited for those!

I can add more toys to my Thanksgiving -whatever they call Saturday buying spree. Went to Dollar General for eggs and DS was looking at a pull back car and dropped it, broke the bumper off. Bought it and another with the BOGO 75% off. I can fix the piece he broke and it was an accident. If he was bigger it would have been a you broke it, you have to buy it moment. They go in his stocking. Got more Matchbox cars $5-5 pack (DS birthday) and a marble run for the donation box. Got 4 $5 toys for $12.50. I have the post Black Friday blues, always get this way for a couple days afterwards. All the anticipation and planning then it's all done.

Starting last night- Wal-Mart online (waaaah!! Hour plus to check out!) Got our new mattress. Amazon at 6am this morning- 1st Kindle ordered. DG at opening (7am) $30 worth of toys for $17. Total was supposed to be a $1 less but I wasn't going to argue with the lone cashier who was by herself and trying to hang all the promo signs while checking people out. Home for parade and cooking. More Amazon because nurse mom had to work and couldn't answer before previous order. Ordered a total of 4 Kindles today between her, sister, and myself. Delivery guy is gonna hate me Mon-Tues ish next week. Wal-Mart, arrived at 5:15. Lines for hot items but they let people put any toys (grr) and some home goods in their carts before sale time, they just couldn't get in check out. Got everything in my list, only a few impulse buys so I was pleased. Found Paw Patrol in the regular movies ringing up at the promo price. Told my husband to not let me loss tomorrow, I need to stop! Pretty well done shopping now! Few odds and ends and DH's big gift.

Our store has done tickets for the super big things before and then had people go around back to pick up after paying is what I meant. Didn't realize the mattress was actually folded up into a box??? It's for sale now for $100ish and my mom saw them in store today. Going to try for online Wednesday night though so I don't have to try and have a cart at Wal-Mart, cause that's crazy. Pretty sure I wouldn't be able to carry a mattress in a box more then ten feet, definitely not in that kind of crowd. And thanks, I wouldn't have thought about trying for it online. :-)

The way I'm reading it, the gift cards start Thursday morning. Their ad is formatted a little weird this time but 99% sure that's when the gift cards go on sale.

Any ideas on how they'll do the mattresses? I'd imagine that's a ticketed item you'd pay for and then go pick up around back, but don't know. We need a new one but I know if I don't grab the PW stuff first it'll all be gone.

The buy $50 in gc get $10 gc free would so happen if it was in the budget. I may go for the B1G1 Starbucks drinks since it's next to the mall I'll probably be at!

I saw that. It says free and that's definitely the jar candle. The question is if it's B2G1 or B1G2. They ran a B2G1 a few weeks ago. If it's B1G2 they may actually get me to go. Otherwise I'm skipping Walgreens again this year.

I like the toy deal. They have some good toys. Good for stocking stuffers. I get the Marvel action figures almost every year for donation. Usually $10 but then I get another $10 toy for $2.50. They have Disney Cars stuff and 5 packs of Hot Wheels that DS wants. He doesn't need the 50 pack from Wal-Mart, he can have two five packs for $7.50 total though.

I actually have two of them but I want the holiday one. May get one for my dad honestly, he keeps swiping my copies!

Not a ton, half page list but Wal-Mart and Dollar General are my main two stores. Pioneer Woman is a quarter of my list. Decent price for the cookbooks. And if I can get the tumblers I'll split the set between a couple gift baskets I'm doing. $5 each is pretty good unless you catch them on clearance.

Patiently (not!) Waiting for Wal-Mart! Or the TG/BF section of the Walgreens ad. Or Dollar General. Me not picky. Haha.
