  1. They're expecting rain now, was. Oh well, that's what plastic bags are for. And I'm only doing Walmart in store.
  2. 45 for the high on Thanksgiving and 52 on Black Friday. Lows in the upper 30s. No rain this year!
  3. DH is eyeing the $70 Wolverine boots. We have a massive car repair so our BF budget went from small to almost non-existent but he has to have new boots, his are held together with duck tape.
  4. Just for fun since I already won. Walmart ad- $98 40' TV $30 Crosly Turntable $59 Laser Jet Printer $99 FitBit Versa *2 $49 InstaPot $69 PW Pans Total $980 if I mathed right. Let's add 4 packs of Dickie work socks at $5 a pack to make it an even $1000.
  5. Pillows, work socks for the hubby, and movies were my stand out wants. $5 floor puzzles are a good deal too, if there are any my 2 year old would like (besides the fire truck since my mom has him one already) I'll be getting 1-3. Hoping there's more options then what was in the ad. And $25 for 50 HotWheels is a good deal. Mostly repeats this year but that's part of what I like about the Walmart ad.
  6. The half off select toys and the $1.99 store brand pain relievers are the only good deals for me. The rest of it is mostly like a regular ad.
  7. Thanks for the tip, not sure if I'm going to the mall this year or I'd try it. I always forget rebates though so I usually avoid them.
  8. No % off coupon any full price item this year unless I missed it. Bummer, won't be going here now. We got stuff for our new build last year with it and saved $100.
  9. I'm waiting on Walmart's ad but I already know it'll be there or Dollar General first. DG is mostly for the fun of being first in line somewhere usually.
  10. It did suck, but hope springs eternal.
  11. I'm excited for the holidays but shopping not so much. My budget had to get slashed, and I'm probably just doing Walmart because we actually NEED new pillows. I went from having almost $300 to spend to $100 on the high end.
  12. Not a big ad but a few things I might go for, weighted blanket for $25, men's workboots.
  13. Walmart Dollar General Walgreens JCPenney Bass Pro JCP will be online for me unless I go out on Black Friday, I won't go to the mall on Thanksgiving. Walmart, Walgreens, DG are okay, crowds are manageable. Not going in the mall though til it's calmed down. Bass Pro I usually go earlier in the week since it starts on Tuesday or Wednesday, can usually get all I want then.
  14. That was disappointing. Not a CVS shopper but I was curious, hopefully Walgreens is better!
  15. Got mine yesterday- no gc or t-shirt voucher here but the Popsocket is cool!
  16. And thanks angelbabymommy! Is it bad I want the skeeball game for myself?
  17. I'd have to say the Lego set or Barbie deals. And I wish I could've found Cars bedding that cheap new
  18. Waiting on an ad very impatiently over here.
  19. #1 "Ate too much turkey, must stay awake. Aw, I'm going to sleep, Mom is still shopping." #2 "Where's Waldo?" #3 "Sir, this is Best Buy. We do not have blankets for sale. You should have asked Jaymacfla what to bring for a good camp out!"
  20. I love my bags! One turned into our new library bag. And the others have been wonderful for stuffing coats in as we run to the car.
  21. There's something that weekend but I don't remember what. If you aren't already, sign up for their emails. I just got one for a free $50 gift card wys $100, and a decent price on the digital album.
