Just a small Thanksgiving for me. Parents and sister is it. We will have the usual of ham, homemade Mac & Cheese, fried potatoes, corn and a pan of extra buttery Sister Schubert rolls.

Depends on where I’m spending Thanksgiving. If at my parents it’s Walmart only. If elsewhere I’ve been known to hit Walmart, Target, Home Depot, Lowe’s, JCP, or any of the above combination. This year, probably just Walmart. I usually do Best Buy online.

This is true and all it took for me to get over losing my most favorite car ever was going to the salvage yard to clean it out and seeing the damage with a clearer head. It Didn’t take long to realize how grateful I was to have only some bruising and a burn on my arm from the airbag. Replaced it this weekend with a newer model and a few more upgrades and a smaller bank account for awhile. Ha!

I’m fine Gator Pam. Thanks for asking. I had some bruising in various places and a burn on my arm from the air bag deploying I assume. Otherwise all is well.

I will not buy another Kohl’s throw. I will not buy another Koch’s throw. I repeat, I will not buy another Kohl’s throw…….

I bought a set of Flex Beaters for my KitchenAid hand mixer…..that’s all I could muster.

If the deals are good I may upgrade my Apple Watch. Other than that not anything in particular. I got a new phone and iPad last year so I’m good there. AirPods are still good too. May have to ask Santa for a set of all weather mats for a new car. I won’t go without those anymore.

I don’t know Bopeep, Sonic ice is pretty awesome. If I had countertop room for one that made ice like Sonic I don’t know if I could resist it. LOL!

Good golly, I’m late posting for me. I’ve had a whirlwind ast few weeks dealin g with an auto accident and all that comes with your cr being totaled….. We had a cold front move through the area that dropped the low temps to the 50’s so sore throat and snotty nose ensued no I’m not feeling well at all today. I did get my goodies in the mail though and am just now remembering to post. Thanks Brad! I’m ready for another BF season even though I won’t be buying much at all………..new car, high insurance rates and high APR’s you know. What a Terri le time to have an accident. :(

They are finally here! College football and the “ber” months. Ow to just get some cool weather.

Oh my word. And here I thought we had some bad flight issues on our vacation. Glad you can laugh about it now.

How is it August already?! School starts back this coming week where I live so my commute to work will be exponentially worse. Can’t wait for that. Also still dealing with excessive heat warnings as well. As I have aged my tolerance for heat has gone downhill so fast. I hate it.

Whew we’re, What a whirlwind trip I had out to California…..on a road trip down the PCH. It was amazing and worth every penny. So happy to check another thing off my bucket list. If you have the means and the ability everyone should do this at least once. Cannot believe July is practically over.

Happy July! It’s hotter than the devil’s armpits here again today. Started out the week with a severe storm that knocked out power for 100,000 people in my city, including me. Ending the week with excessive heat warnings and not everyone has their power back yet. later this month I am taking a trip and I’m so excited. First time traveling in about 4 years…..life and Covid you know. hope everyone has a great weekend and happy 4th!

Well I’m 2 days late for “May the 4th Be With You” and a day late for “Revenge of the 5th”……….. so happy May everyone. It turned hot real fast today so I guess the lovely below normal temps are a thing of the past now.

Well, March is gone and left my state devastated by deadly tornadoes. Major damage in the capital city and my little hometown was devastated and I have a family member that lost house and everything with deaths in both places. I’m still trying to process everything I witnessed while there yesterday. If you have been directly impacted b a deadly tornado or any natural disaster then you probably know and if you haven’t I pray you never are. Anyway, happy April everyone. How ironic that the weather has been beautiful the last 2 days since the tornado.

Happy March everyone! Spring has sprung early down here, as always. Daffodils are in full bloom amd the weather has been nothing but rain and thunderstorms and high winds every other day, for weeks now.

Happy February everyone! Groundhog Day, Valentine’s Day, President’s Day and the month of the annual Southern Icepocalypse. Another one in the books and another one I survived going to work in. I will tell you one thing……. I do not enjoy making a 20 mile commute in that garbage. Before I moved to a different state I had a 4 mile commute on one city street to the hospital and now I have that 20 mile commute from the burbs.
