Same here. I went to the local Walmart in my little hometown Friday afternoon and got a set of sheets but that’s the only thing I bought BF related from Walmart this year. I usually spend lots more at Walmart during BF season.

This is it. It’s finally December! And it finally feels like winter down here! I’ve even put on a heavy sweater today. LOL

I felt that way too yesterday. It was just a normal Saturday at the walmart here. For nostalgia’s sake I bought a set of the $25 sheets.

Small town shopping here. We went to Dollar General this afternoon for gift card deals. They were not crowded at all. Went to Walmart afterwards and strolled around looking at all the BF displays that were still basically full. Seems to not have been a very successful in-store event here in my little hometown Walmart. I got a sheet set and that’s it.

Lowe’s has $10 off on 36-count packs. I believe that brings them down to about $10 per package.

I ordered one in purple for me and one in red for my Dad to match his other large metal toolboxes. If nothing else, it makes for a cute Lowe’s gift card holder. He might actually use it though. I need to have a back up plan for the purple one since it’s low stock at my store.

AirPods Pro 2 for $159.99 from Best Buy Deal of the Day earlier. I’m Pretty sure I saw that Walmart will have them about $5 cheaper Friday but I have them in hand already and the $5 extra is worth not having to deal with Walmart to me.

I got the same thing on my iPad. I’m scared to press and hold.

Same for me with Menard’s.

I used to get to help wrap gifts at my grandmother's house. Sometimes I even got to wrap my own gift. LOL. I don't mind wrapping but the older I have gotten the worse it is on my poor back.

I’m almost done with my shopping. Need a couple of gift cards and a gift still for my Dad. Have ideas, just have to get out there and find them. I bought wrapping paper and bows already so I’m in good shape I think. Being unemployed sure helps with free time but obviously not in the finance department.

Unless they have more exciting deals coming our way this may be the first year in any years that I don’t buy anything from Walmart.

Just a quick scroll through on my phone and I liked that deal on the AirPods Pro 2 but then I found out they are a Best Buy Deal of the Day today for $10 less so I over to Best Buy I go. I will study the ad more later today on my iPad or laptop.

Well I hadn’t intended on buying any electronics this year but just upgraded myself to a new pair of AirPods Pro 2 at Best Buy with their Deal of the Day. Will pick them up later today. I guess Happy Birthday to me in a few weeks.

This is why I can’t with Amazon for their big sales events. I just don’t even bother scrolling through all that unless I’m bored.

Just snagged the AirPods Pro2 as a Deal of the Day for $159.99. That is cheaper than Target will have them for BF.

This is the main one I’m waiting on and I’m growing very impatient…… LOL
