Finally got a list of ideas from my mom for her and my Dad. Got them taken care of mostly so know just my sibling who is the hardest one to buy for……..

Just took a stroll through the local hometown Walmart here and I would have to say that BF was an overall failure here. I’ve never seen so much leftover items…….3 huge shipping boxes of the $6 Serta bed pillows not even opened and the one that was open was still half full. Lots of TV’s left, tons of Pioneer Woman knife sets, tons of Rubbermaid storage containers, lots of towels, and on and on.

Finally bought my iPad from Amazon thanks to an email from GD alerting of a coupon for the 2022 Air. Excited about that! Also decided to get myself the Apple Pencil so I’m all set for awhile. Now to move on to gifts…….the hardest part for me this year.

I’ll probably go to Walmart at some point today to see what’s left over. It’s sort of a tradition with my mom.

All from Kohl’s: Ninja Air Fryer, pair of earrings and a pair of pajamas earlier this week. Tonight I ordered 2 cheap tshirts and threw in a cheap pair of house shoes so I could get free shipping. Not one thing from any other store and I still have no gifts purchased other than my Secret Santa

So far Kohls is the only place to get any business from me. Ordered a Ninja air fryer last weekend for store pickup. Ordered a pair of earrings to replace a broken pair and a pair of PJ’s. Used $15 KC and thankfully didn’t earn anymore with the earrings and PJ’s purchase. That is the extent of my BF weeks of sales shopping so far and probably will be it unless somebody is keeping some deal a secret and will reveal them Thursday/Friday.

I’ve not ordered one thing…..I can’t remember the last time I haven’t bought anything at Walmart on BF, even if it was a leftover cheap DVD on Saturday morning.

I don’t know what’s wrong with me but I can’t find a thing to buy in the ads! I mean I guess it’s a good thing money wise but still…. I’m really struggling this year for gifts.

I bought that mattress pad last year on a whim and I love it! Otherwise I think this might be the first year I don’t spend a dime at Walmart.

I saw a pizza delivery guy driving around my little town with a Grinch one last season! I thought it was hilarious because I didn’t even know those things existed! I saw a Frosty one at Big Lots the other day. LOL

Ham, fried potatoes, Mac & cheese, chocolate pie and spice cake for us. We aren’t big turkey & dressing eaters so ham it is.

I agree on it being better than the first but nothing that interests me, not even the movies. Guess that’s a good thing in the end though!

I’m looking at the Ninja Air Fryer Max XL right now. It has great reviews and made some “best of” lists I googled. I had a Power XL for my first one but didn’t experiment too much with it. I then got a Cuisinart fryer/oven combo that had great reviews but I’m not too happy with the toast function on it which is the main reason why I got a combo one since my countertop space is so limited. The air fryer part works pretty well though.

Finally got out and about this morning and got a couple of things for my secret Santa but otherwise I’m clueless on what to buy for anyone.

They won’t get any of my business this season if that is going to be the case. I work in healthcare so it’s. It like I can be on my phone browsing for what is on sale and shopping while in the middle of the lab working with biohazards. I find it all quite frustrating and perplexing really.

I ordered a pair of earrings, 2 bras, and a pack of washcloths. Spent $20 KC and got $15 more. And might I add, ladies and gentlemen, I did not buy a throw!
