  1. Wow! That's really awesome. Glad to hear you got one. Sadly, it was giving WM business; but if you didn't buy that one, someone else surely would have later that day.
  2. "...quiet down some" meaning you'll only wait 90 minutes in line instead of 3 hours? or, really 30 minutes or less? "...later on" meaning 10am? Noon? 4pm?
  3. Joann Notably has 60%-75% off pretty much all their fabrics (by the yard) on BF (50% off licensed ones). I've gone in Joann once on BF (maybe 8am ish; a few hours after opening) and the fabrics section was ridiculous (not to mention checkout lines). Has anyone ever weathered the storm and have tips on when to get there and how to shop Joann? Get there right at 6am and get out (like Kohls), and can you get out quick enough if you get a few fabrics cut? Go at noon after the initial rush? Is there still anything decent left at that point? Just stay home and think about how much less stress I'm having not being at Joann...? I don't need anything particularly specific, or the best ones ever; but I would like to pick up a few and make some PJ pants for the kids, etc.
  4. I agree on the 1st.
  5. My TRU had a huge AG section in the front on the store today (not sure when that started) and a specific representative just for that department. I'm sure every coupon you'll see from TRU will exclude those from discounts.
  6. I've been in a store today that mine said was in Stock. It was not...
  7. Glad to hear from you, BJS
  8. Congrats to the winners. Now that it's over, there's another caption I've been wanting to post for #2 for weeks: "Cleaned 'em out! Now, let's see... door buster for 29.99, I'll go sell these on ebay for $31 each and I just made myself... well, at least some money. Totally worth it."
  9. Sorry I missed it. Hope things went well.
  10. TWO candy canes?? Would that do it [emoji6]
  11. How about something like Goto Meeting or Webex?
  12. By then you'll be within your 30 days to return to Target if you can get it cheaper on BF, AND actually get there to buy it then at the cheaper price.
  13. Got ours yesterday. I feel like I'm always last to get the books and coupons. Kids looks through it today and I said to circle 5-10 items that they REALLY want. They circled at least 15 by the first 8 pages; and a majority of the first 5 were infant items. ...They are 5 & 6.
  14. Ooooo. Are they going to be broken candy canes, too??
  15. I'm excited to see them all. I love looking through the ads just to see what things are on sale in places. Sometimes I'll stumble across something I didn't know I "needed" until I saw it for the first time!
  16. I think you've got your plan. See what deals you can find in either of those categories and weigh your options.
  17. Oh, you wanted your phone to have calling capabilities?? I guess a phone could be used for that, too...
  18. This might be the year I get an Echo. Then I'll need to add some WeMo outlets/switches and some Philips Hue BR30s...
  19. I wonder if it has the computing power to make it worth docking and using like a desktop...
  20. When did Apple come in? We were talking Surface Pro and Android Tablet. But, yes, very good point to consider.
  21. Color costs too much. If they are going to be able to afford those incredible deals, they need to save money from somewhere...
  22. It will feel much like you're using your phone, but with a much larger screen. If that appeals to you, then it's a decent idea. Just be aware for Microsoft Word and other Windows applications that you won't be able to use.
  23. Google Docs is your simplest solution. If that's not allowed, there are a few other options, but some of them are in the 'Paid' realm. Nothing else will BE Word, but it comes close. Most docs will be interchangeable across both platforms.
  24. The Tab Pros are pretty good. They are probably a little high priced, but with a good deal....worth it. They have good specs, but remember they are Android; not Windows. Do you have a Samsung phone?
  25. There's coupons in there that you load to your account (up to 10 at a time) and you then use them in-store at the register (your set of coupons has a single barcode for the cashier to scan) and the coupons you loaded to your account will apply. The 50% toy one I'm sure hasn't started yet, but when it does you can check back here daily as someone will look up that deal and post a link to it on here and you can go there and load it as your coupon. Otherwise, you can search for coupons, filter by department, etc. and it's usually one of the most popular - bubbling its way to the top of the page of top coupons.
