Can someone tell me when kids shoes went 75%?? I'm wondering if there's still a good selection or if I've missed it completely.. If they only went this week I might go searching some Targets for them. I need sizes 10 and 7 in kids.. Thank you!!

Ask for guest services and give them DCPI. Don't even tell them what it's for. I just tell the person on the line to let me know the price of a THING and give them DCPI. Works fine!!

The snow has finally stopped and they have cleaned some of it so I think the roads might even be fine Tonight!! Woohoo!!

Ohh.. I just remembered I saw some sticker books and some Look and Find Books marked-down but I think it was only 15 or 30 %. I think some of them were Dr. Seuss and some Disney?? They were in the regular isle in with the rest of the books (in their regular place but had red stickers on)

So I just called 4 Targets. 3 have not gone 75 but the one by my house dd! Grrr.. I can't get out - it's still Snowing.. Praying it will stop Today like the forecast says and the roads will be fine by tomorrow. (I'm pretty sure though my Target discounted Toys on Thu the last two times, so not sure why Today??)

So I went back to Target Today (managed to stay away since Fri.) The Toy section looked kinda dissapointing. It was that one Target that was still completely full of clearance Toys only last week. Well, it looks pretty picked over now. Everything I stashed is also gone . (The last Walking Talking McQueen and KidiJamz Keyboard and I can't even remember what else) I still saw a few Rockets but not as much as before. I HAVE to get one of those (that's the only cartoon my kids insist on watching these days..) Still a few FP DVD Players (maybe 5?) 3 Smores. Also saw plenty of Smart Cycles which is great, since that is number one toy I'm stalking at this point. So all-in-all I guess it's not as bad.. I think maybe it's my entusiasm that's dwindling down. Hey, I'm wondering though..the box for that horse looks HUGE!! Has anyone tried to put that thing into a trunk of the full-size car? Now I'm worried about getting it home.. I did buy Hello Kitty Digital clock (it was the only one left and had a sticker with 50% price but scanned 75%.) Unfortunately couldn't get Hello Kitty hair dryer. Also no stainless steel garbage cans, ornament boxes or scissors. I did find instant oatmeal value packs - I think 30% off. Regular and Brown Sugar. Also 50% on batteries. (Those were next to electronics section.) I bought a 22 (?) pack of AA for $5.xx down from $10.xx. Also found Fancy Nancy Treasure Box but they were either 15% or full price? Def. nothing close to 3.xx. I saw mark-downs in hair accessories. Ohh.. and I also got lots of shoes for 3.xx - both boys and girls.

**What was he scanning?? I haven't been to Target since Friday. I figured they will not do any more mark-downs until Wed/Thu.. **You can plug-in DCPI numbers into the scanner yourself unless that store has old ones without numbers on the right. Also you can always call the store (use store locator on Target website to find out phone #) and ask for Guest Services then give them DCPI #'s. I have been doing that to find out if Toys have been discounted further to 75% so I don't have to drive. I guess that might alert the employee and they might opt to buy it? (Actually if you want to go back to the store with DCPI numbers and a cell phone and call them right there from the Toy isle. That would be funny if they tell you the price is 75%, you can let them know to send someone over right away so they can get that stuff down for you :).) But yeh..like some of the people have said already they didn't seem to mark-down any of these big items. Which actually works out quite well for all of us because otherwise these Toys would be long gone by now!!! I snatched a Train table that way because it still had a red price tag with $7x.xx and it turned out it was $25. It was on the lowest shelf too so I'm very glad they didn't change the red tag.

I better check on that princess helmet next time I'm in Target. What size was that? I need 5T. I've been looking at those for a while but they have been full price at all of the Targets. Somehow I got the idea they are supposed to be discounted.. I think it's because I have seen a 2nd Princess design come out by now and it just seems weird that they will have two diff. designs at the same store and not discount one?? They've also had boys Thomas and Diego ones on sale but nothing for girls?? But I've been scanning them and everytime it says 19.99?

**Yeh, I've been following these bath sets closely since they were clearanced at 15%. I bought 5 for party favors for DS 2nd B-Day at 50%. I got "Hello Kitty", "Thomas Train", "TinkerBell", "Curious George" and "Spider Man". Also saw "Cars", "Princess" and "Einsteins". On Friday they still seemed to have lots of these in a few Targets I looked at so I was hoping to be able to pick up some at 75% and return the 50% ones. But if they happen to sell out I still feel these are a great deal! Now if I can only find a fun and (cheap) way to wrap them up somehow, because they will not fit into little party bags..

**Can someone please explain to me about the bulk clearance you all are talking about? What kind of things usually in bulk and where are they located, in their respective departments or in one place at the store? How do you know which ones are bulk? What is the schedule they are following for mark-downs? Thank you!

It seems like some got good ones and some broke. The problem with that (and other technical and/or bigger boxed toys) if we are buying them to hold on to until B-Days and X-mas because by then you cannot return anything to the store. So my question to all of you is, do you guys open these things (obiously the ones that are going to your own kids and not as presents for someone else) to check that everything is cosher?? I'm even wondering about the two train tables I got - because I'm so worried that pieces might be missing and we won't discover it until it's too late...

**I guess that depends on location.. Because I have seen like 10 in one of my Targets and at least 3 in two others.. True it seems like the #'s are decreasing and I have not stopped at Target since Friday (which is why my house is finally clean and organized) so who knows how many they have now.. I have one of the Blue ones on layaway in one store too..

Anyone thinks there might be any activity in Toys on Monday or is everyone waiting for Wed/Thu?

**It's not the Step 2 one right? Because I thought that one only had the chalk side, but I might be wrong about it. I'm looking for an easel for my kids but so far have seen the Step 2 which is for smaller kids and I bought Wooden Mega one but not sure if I'm keeping it. The box says 5+ so I'm wondering if that might not be a good fit for 4 and 2 yr. olds. I also saw one that goes on a table. It was a checkered box and I only saw one at one Target. Maybe if I see it at 75% I'd get that one instead.

Ohhh!! Sooo Cute!!! I think you're right.. Must be a different table then. There were at least 5 people mentioning buying this table on Clearance in July/August thread so if anyone who bought the Learning Curve table could point me to a link or post an image. I'm just curious I guess at this point.. Thanks so much!!

So I was just checking last year's July thread to get an idea of summer clearance and to help me decide which toys to return and what I still want to buy at 75%. I noticed in July there was Learning Curve - Train table on clearance for $20. This clearance I bought Circo one which I won't need until Christmas anyway. So my question is, should I return the Circo one and hope that other one goes on clearance again in July (or some updated version of it)?? Also for those who bought it, do you think that table is better than Circo? In the picture it looks longer than the Circo one? (Because at the beg. of this thread I remember reading someone's post about this same (older version) Circo tbl. on clearance last time..so that made me a bit confused.. Maybe they alternate - Circo ones in Winter clearance, Learning Curve in Summer clearance?? PLEASE SHARE ANY OPINIONS!!! I REALLY NEED SOME ADVICE ON THIS!!! **I keep wondering that myself.. If I get it, it would be a B-Day present for DD when she turns 4 or a Christmas present for DD and DS who will be 21/2 by then. I'm actually thinking my DS might play with it more because he's a lot more focused on Toys than DD is. It's so hard to know though if they will like/play with it or not. For example, we got Step 2 Kitchen for DD 2nd B-Day (full price at ToysRUs.) Well, I don't think that kitchen EVER got any play time. Once in a while they play with the pots and plates and the fruits and veggies MAYBE but not that much with the kitchen itself. They surely wouldn't miss it if we didn't have it. I don't know maybe they are still too small and will grow into it eventually?? As for the horse, I'm thinking of maybe finding one of those commercial clips either on Amazon or UTube and showing it to the kids and seeing their reaction??

So my hubby just told me he wants a Lodge Cast Iron skillet 12". Apparently they sell them at Target. Any chance this will go on clearance in the near future??
