Yep, that's what they do. You just pay a little less if you ship it to the store but you still have to pay.

Looks like it doesn't work for toys. When I add a toy and a cloth item I get a discount but if I remove the cloth item and just leave the toy in my cart $10 discount dissapears.

It puts a cookie on your pc, so if you delete it you can print it again. Just go to Tools -> Internet Options and delete all. BTW I really don't understand why they even bother..

Actually tried it a few times, since I was trying to find some other codes and it worked every single time. But I just created an account with them today so I wonder if it's looking at your past shopping history or something like that. There's also a free shipping link (if you google overstock codes) but you can only do free shipping or this coupon.
