tokanm. i THINK that TMobile and ATT will work over seas as they use the sim-card technology and that's the standard in Europe. I would call the customer service for one of the companies though to verify that info.

have you ever checked out freepeats?? it's a website where parents and grandparents post up items they have to give away for free, you can also post items that you would like to have and there is another forum that keeps track of all consignment sales in your area... friends of mine in the philly area use it frequently, and the one for my area just opened today.. i'm posting the info about it, but please if i'm violating any rules in doing so let me know: www.freepeats.org

i've never ordered from this company HOWEVER if framed properly it should be very easy to remove this piece from the moulding/frame. if in doubt though - take it to your local custom framer. I'd recommend a mom&pop shop. If you need a specific store - pm me with your area code & city and I can give you a list of 3-5 locations.

I hope they're not. They really ticked me off yesterday when I tried to place an order and call in with the other code like they told me too - and the person wouldn't take the code. (therefore i didn't place the order). I did test the code and it seems to be working, but I didn't complete the transaction either. I might later though as dd is growing like a weed and apparently disney's 2t's run really really small (either that or my dd has a really big head)

i second the engineering inspection. also pull the mls/tax sheets on the home if you can as well as the comps for other homes that have sold within the past month. normally it's the past 3 months, but with the way the market is - you want a month. also know, that if it's bank owned and the bank lists it for say... $225,000 and you offer $200,000 there is still a good chance they'll say yes. It's not firm at all. all do the sexual predator search for that zipcode to make sure you're not moving in next door to one. probably wouldn't hurt to look up the 'crime log' for your neighborhood to see if it's increased at all in the past few months. good luck!

Expiration date on the back is 4/26/08? Just curious if you were given the same coupon or if you have a different coupon code. Can't get mine to work.
