They are bags of 18 mini oreo packs with a big bunny standing on the left front, holding an egg. Blue, green & white packaging. They also have teddy grahams in the same type packaging.

Sorry, I meant the dollar spot St. Patty's day stuff. But the regular St. Patty's day stuff was also 75% I think. It was consolidated with the wedding, kids crafts, and wrapping paper in the store where I noticed it. They might have salvaged it at your store. Or it might just show up again. A couple of stores had put clearance in a regular aisle in the stationery section, so you might check...

No, but I sure would like to! So far only the St. Patrick's day stuff is 75%. The rest is still 50%. I am hoping tomorrow, but not counting on it.

No, but they were doing a lot of "filling in" in the Easter section with regular toy merchandise. I saw several stores had also moved clearanced stuff into the section to fill it out and try to move merchandise. If it was one of those situations, then that may be why. It wasn't really Easter stuff. They also moved a lot of stuff like the Breyer Mini Whinnies into Easter as well, but it isn't part of the clearance. If they didn't leave the shelf tag for it in place, you probably won't make any headway with them. I got some of the Mini Whinnies & Star Wars stuff at Christmas because the store left the shelf tags in place and their was a big old clearance sign right in front of it. If they are the Little Tikes Land die cast, then they are new releases, and definitely not meant to be clearance. It is a bummer, though...

Me too, but it might depend on how much is left at various stores. I suspect the ones that went 75% early will also go 90% early.

Okay, sorry for doing a bunch of posts in a row, but just got back from my all day trek to several stores. DH stayed home with the little one who is on spring break to do fun stuff with him, so I had freedom! Anyway, had to share my freakish experience! I was in a store that I go to only a few times a year and I kept feeling like the security guy was following me around. :gdparanoid: It was weird. I felt like I was going to get in trouble for doing something wrong even though I wasn't doing anything. I was, however, wandering around looking to see if I could uncover anyone's Easter stash. I know the good hiding places, and I did find some goodies. Well, as I was walking around, I thought I was seeing a lot more than the usual number of security guys. I was squatting down to look at something on the bottom shelf of one aisle, and one of them was squatting down by the end cap and looking down the row like he was trying not to be seen. That REALLY freaked me out! Then I see some of them running through the aisles and doing the squat and peek thing. So I kept browsing around and finally saw a group of like 4 guards walking down the main aisle and asked if something was going on. Turned out they were having some sort of final training test for some certification!! Oh well, at least I wasn't the only one. A couple of other customers came up to me and asked what they said. They were freaking out too. After all the stories you hear about shootings and stuff, you start wondering if you need to leave the store when they are acting like this.

Oh, they'll go to 90%. They are probably just moving it. They do that sometimes with holiday merchandise, particularly if there isnt' a ton. I'd check back in a day or two on the end caps in other departments and especially near wherever it was.

I'm glad too. I told one of my Hot Wheels collecting friends this morning, but they were all gone already!

Which reminds me....those adorable little white chocolate ducks and the marshmallow chick heads, etc. They are NASTY!!!!!! :yuck: Truly weird tasting. Don't recommend them even at the discount price.

Haven't opened mine yet, as I may want to use them for gifts. It didn't say on it that I could find. The other person who opened hers might know, though.

I used to get them regularly, but I haven't for a couple of years. I started to get them after I wrote a complaint letter to the company.

Cool! I found them too! I got a handful and put $5 on them. Really fun! Right next to them was a self-inflating balloon gift card, too! I got that for my girlfriend's birthday. I can't wait to see how it inflates. I thought it was cute!

Okay, for those in SoCal, I called Burbank, Eagle Rock, Glendale, Duarte, Diamond Bar, Alhambra, & La Verne, and NONE of them have dropped today, but all said tomorrow. So, be there tomorrow morning! For the rest of you, be sure to ask them to check for you. Half of these stores answered off the top of their heads, till I told them that the Pasadena store had gone down today. Then they were unsure and actually asked the department. So don't trust their first answer. Also, the one store in our area that DID drop today had a LOT of stuff to put out yet, so if your store had a lot, you might want to check those stores first. I am so bummed that I jumped the gun using my 10% today. Should have waited. Oh well, I got plenty of good deals, so I shouldn't complain.

One of mine did, not the other. Which is a bummer since I used my 10% shopping certificate thinking I'd hit some stores where I have a few items hidden. Now I'll have to call around to see which are and which aren't.

Easter is 75% off at the Madre store in Pasadena. They were bringing out an entire pallet of Easter toys when I was there!

yes, in some stores I found them in the Easter section. In some stores in the regular cards section. They are long and skinny instead of the usual wider sets. They have multi-colored egg shapes on the card.
