Ugh! It used to be Walmart with us, but now it is Target. DH used to joke with me when we would start out on a trip about stopping at a Walmart first. We even went there on the way on hour honeymoon! Had to stop to get photos developed! :) -

Whoa! which Spiderman playhuts? Were they in the sporting goods or the toys? Do you have the DCPI? I want to check that out! Ooh, and the inflatable beds DCPI too? We got those beds for our DSs, and LOVE them when we travel. They make awesome gifts. Thanks! -

What a bummer! It is their corporate policy not to sell display furniture due to liability issues. However, it seems that some employees are unaware or simply don't follow the rules. Maybe childofsolitude or one of the other employees on the site can address that. -

No, what I saw were mostly the boxed pieces like shelves and armoires. I didn't look too closely, either. -

saw that they have started marking a lot of the furniture. I wasn't interested myself, but I know that some of it was Shabby Chic. I know there has been a lot of interest in that on here so I thought I would mention it. -

Yep, definitely different. I don't remember seeing these. Just the ones where he was in the little space ship. Good deal! So, I guess if you want the soft one, now is the time, before they figure out the price snafu. I saw more of them at my regular store this morning. They had mistakenly stuck a few of the Woody toys down with the Buzz ones on a clearance endcap, but Woody rings up regular price. -

It is 087060689. Here is a link to it on the Hasbro site: http://www.hasbro.com/default.cfm?page=browse&product_id=17324 Hasbro's MSRP is lower than Target's regular price. -

I know for a fact they were cleared out last month because I looked at them at 4 different stores. I didn't buy any of them because they have that white cloth body and all had stains on them. Then they were $12.99 marked down 75%. They came back with Woody in the assortment and are only $10.99. Same UPC, though. Could be your store is in a different phase of the whole transition, but I was at 3 stores today, and all had the new assortment with Woody. And they are now ringing up $0.00. I picked up 5. I thought they might be nice gifts or good for Toys for Tots at Christmas. -

Looks like the Buzz Lightyear is one of those mistakes like they did with those Air Hogs UFO toys back in January. They clearanced them out last month, but they came back in an assortment with Woody. So, they are ringing up at the clearance price. -

Yep, a few hours early here. In answer to the question about the DCPI in that other website, I believe that sometimes it might already be out of the system, or simply not attached to that. However, a way around it for some items is to go onto Amazon and search for the item there. If you find the exact same item, get the ASIN from their site and enter it in instead of the DCPI. For example, I was interested in figuring out if they had any Batman Lego sets left, but the DCPI I have, which I know is correct, gave me that "not recognized" error. So, I went over to Amazon and searched on Batman Lego and found the Batwing Joker's Aerial Assault, I found the ASIN under Product Details and entered B000E1U5FK into that nameless website instead, along with my zip code, and discovered which stores should still have them. Hope that helps! -

spiderman mega bloks & batman legos stayed the same. POTC sheets were at 75% off. It looked like Batman stayed at 30%, though. Did anyone else see them cheaper? Looks like they were making room for Transformers sheets. By the way, if you have a Transformers fan, the new movie toys hit the stores today in a big way. -

A few toys went 75% today. i-Fish $4.98. Small Disney Fairies $1.74. Some larger sets, too, though I didn't see all their prices, around $3.74. Test Tube Aliens $2.48. Mini Media players and accessories. I think the player was $11.98. I think that was mainly it. -

When I was in the store, they were marking the regular stuff on racks. I wasn't paying close attention to what it was, but there were 3 of them in there going through the racks. -

They were marking down a bunch of baby clothes this morning. The mark down team came in late this morning, so they hadn't done much yet. Looks like they'll be working their regular routine, though, despite the holiday. Almost nothing left in Dollar Spot at 50%. On the plus side, I did get all the new Cars toys. Not a mark down, but I was pleased just the same. :) -

those Black & Decker tools I mentioned earlier in the week are now at 50% off. There was an expensive Project Kit set that includes an 18v drill and other stuff in a red case. There was also a set of tools together, but I can't recall if they were cordless or not. those were in a black case. Might make a nice gift. Didn't really see anything else worth reporting. Those Batman Legos & Spiderman Mega Bloks sets someone mentioned are at 50% as well. -

I got some neat kites, too. And a couple of cool gliders that look like dragons. I didn't see any other toys 75% off, though, what else did you see? I was hoping for the Test Tube Aliens, at least, or the Batman Legos (only at 50%), but didn't see anything. -

I could be wrong, but I think it will be August-ish. Seems like that was what they did last year. Maybe as early as July, but I am 90% sure it comes right after summer toy clearance. Maybe even some partial overlap. -

For those of you interested in this topic, let me highly recommend the website mom-mom.com. Just an independent gal up in Northern California who has taken the time to create a HUGE listing of mystery shopping companies that are legitimate. Look under Making Extra Money, then click on Mystery Shopping. The listings are in sections alphabetically. My advice to anyone interested in the field is to sign up with as many companies as you can stand to (filling out application after application). It took about 6 months before I started getting regular offers by email. The reason for signing up with so many companies is simply to get on the lists of those who might have contracts with companies in your area. This changes all the time. A company may be doing Starbucks this year, then lose the contract to another company next year. The only legitimate group I know of to pay anything to with regard to mystery shopping is the MSPA (mystery shopping providers assn) which certifies shoppers qualifications. Most companies don't require this, but some will give preference to shoppers with a Silver or Gold certification, or will give them first shot at the jobs. I've made about $500/month for the last 8 years doing this on the side since my kids are small. I could have made more if I wanted to spend the time on it. There are a LOT of jobs out there. It just depends on what you want to accept. If anyone has questions I can answer, I'll be happy to respond to PMs. Sorry for the side trip here, but thought I'd answer.
