Christy Garner
My 24 hour walmart also offers blitz items, usually at 5am, same as the other walmart stores. You just get to wait in line where it is warm and find your other items to price match.
bmorei9s06
the 24 hour walmarts usually close at like 12 so they can get the blitz items out on the floor. and then reopen. i heard 5 am this year they goin to open. i work at subway in my walmart. wonder if theyll let me stay inside. jadedmomof2
Neither does our 24 hour Walmart, and most of the pallets were on the floor when I got there at 1am.

missycha
our walmart will remain open. If they are my first stop, I normally get there at 3am and stalk out the blitzed pallets to find the location of them and the 1 item I really really want. Then I will mad dash around the store and try to pick up my nonblitz items and go back to my pallet to wait for the big rip. If I can get my item I'll run to the next must have pallet...if I luck out there - i just head to the checkouts and quit the fight so I can move on to the mall and other stops on BF list
firestone71
I have about 5 walmarts in my area all within a 1/2 hour and they all close, even the 24hour ones and reopen at 5 or 6. they all differ but the one closest to me opened last year at 5am. It's nice because it's in a more remote location. only 2 stores close to it one is wegmans and the other lowes. It gets a little crazy but not like the ones in shopping plazas. I love going it's only 2 minutes from my house!!!
sheli
The 24 Hour Wal-Mart here is closed on Thanksgiving (state law) and does not re-open until usually 5am. So, even though we have a 24 hour WM, we still have to stand out in the cold and freeze our...umm,.....TOES off!
leefamily23
Our 24 hr Walmart closes too, then reopens at the specified time. I got all excited thinking maybe they were rolling back to 4am opening....

elena_398
I go in to Walmart around midnight every year. Pallets come out then. At my Walmart, you can put anything you want into your cart, but just can't checkout until the blitz starts. The only things you have to wait in line for are the electronics (last year it was the laptop, dvd player, and gameboy advances). All toys, etc were out and ready to throw into your cart

MICKEY3601
Last year I got to the Super WM here at about 3am. The stuff was on the floor on the pallets but was still wrapped up. At 5am they cut off the plastic wrap & it was CRAZY watching people fight for the desktop computers!!! Boy I can't wait until BF!!!!!!!
kmmjparnell
My walmart here (I live in Fl) stated that they would open at 6am but when I got there at 5:30am they were already open and EVERYTHING was already gone.I was so hot because I don't think its fair to advertise something and then when the day comes you open sooner.I think they should stick to the time they say or advertise the might open early

koalamom
The 24 hr. WM here doesn't close they just have paper wrapped around the pallets. I find the pallets that contain the stuff I absolutely must have. I stand at one and have my Mom stand at another. When its 5AM they just let whoever is nearby rip the paper off and grab. Then I move on to the other must have's on my list. It is a mad house but I LOVE IT!!!! My son went with me two years ago (he's 21) but that one time was enough for him, LOL! I love going and will go just for one thing.
