I asked at our Walmart in CT today and they said that they are opening at the time they usually do.. 6am. yuck lol Hopefully it will be warmer this year we usually freeze our toes off !!!!!!!!! :rolleyes:

my husband, sister and two or three teenage nephews always go together and wait in line usually 1st or 2nd in line. We end up taking turns after the first hour and a half or so because it is usually way too cold here in New England to stay out there the whole time. Last year was the worst. It was like 10 degrees and VERY windy. We even took blankets out of the car to wrap up in. We also get yelled at for going back in line. The past few years there hav been State Police officers there as well and they always let us go back to our spots but do not allow people to just "show up" at the end. I wish our Walmart would hand out tickets. They DON"T and people kill eachother!!!

I always price match at Walmart. I had a little bit of trouble last year with a few bigger items that Best Buy had. Season of 25 was 56.00 and I got it for 19.99. My husband was thrilled with that one!

My husband and I do use LAW for BF and are always in and out rather quickly. We usually pay for the majority of the LAW but it is great for us not have to bring everything home for a month since we live in a smaller apartment. We have a ton of extended family with children to buy for so this always helps us a great deal. We were very disappointed to see it go.

We are looking for 24 any seasons again, they were sold out and The Family Guy. Would also like to find Little House on the Praire lol

We usually use cash. But put most everything on Lay - A _ Way at Walmart because they are usually bigger items or all the toys and gadgets that we don't want the kids to find. This way we can pay it all off except for a few dollars to hold it on lay a way and then we do not need to go and pick it up until it is pretty close to Christmas!! We use them as our hiding spot and we dont have to have everything cluttering the house or trying to stay hidden from little eyes for a month!

Our Walmart has everything on Pallets too but they are not covered. But it makes it horrible to try to get through with all of the other people. A trick is to go in and then cut through the clothing dept and you usually come out in a good spot to get ahead of the pack! ) Most of the people seem to stay in the main isles and then they get all bottled up and can't get to the other parts of the store. I got the 2 last Game Boy Advances and a Digital Camera once when a huge fight was happening. I dashed around the fight and grabbed what I wanted from the clerk in Electronics. The others were too busy fighting to know that they had missed their chance lol
