wbfgolla Posted October 2 Posted October 2 Doom & Gloom - with the dock worker's strike that started today, will all of the sale items be in stock? At least the Christmas decorations are already in the stores. 1
Love4Fashion Posted October 3 Posted October 3 Excited to be here! It’s been a while but I love catching up and reading everyone’s post! Gottadeal kickstarts my holiday! 1
4latanyawp Posted October 5 Posted October 5 I love to shop especially when it's not raining. Gottadeal please give me a head start
MariahA Posted October 5 Posted October 5 Great prizes! I'm trying to scale back this year but was looking at the deal days for Walmart and Target next week and making kids lists!
ljvoskuil Posted October 6 Posted October 6 OMG I am actually going to be looking for a IPad over Black Friday! Hopefully I can find a great deal on one.
okannie Posted October 6 Posted October 6 As all my kids grew up and now my granddaughter is grown, the list of gifts is smaller. We started looking at having experiences more than gifts. Over the summer the family took a 2 week trip to France so that was our luxury splurge but it was so worth it. Christmas will be celebrated with family dinner and a smaller amount of gifts. 1

Not as much fun but I still love to go out on Black Friday to get stuff for myself. iPads are always good gifts...for others or yourself.
gdulaney Posted October 9 Posted October 9 This is such a great community and a wonderful year-round resource! Good luck to everyone!!
gdulaney Posted October 9 Posted October 9 Quick question..... Amazon has the Kindle Fire on sale for Prime Big Deal Days (35% off). I'm just wondering if it might be cheaper on/or around Black Friday. Any thoughts?
hokie7373 Posted October 11 Posted October 11 My daughter is finally asking for an iPad for gaming purposes at college this would be perfect!
drod58 Posted October 18 Posted October 18 Can't wait for the sales. It is middle of October and in a blink of an eye will be November.
nicole20 Posted October 21 Posted October 21 The most wonderful time of the year. I haven't been in the holiday spirit the past few years, but this year its back. I'm so ready some ads to start dropping. I started making my lists for everyone last week.
BFKJH Posted October 24 Posted October 24 I had to make a new profile a few years ago, but have been a part of this group for many many years. This has been my go to page, use to print out all the sale ads and take them to work. They loved it when I came in and said guess what I got. I like that stores have gone back to being closed on Thanksgiving, but honestly I usually have all the big gifts bought before Black Friday anymore. With so much online, it's too easy to just order and have it delivered. My daughters and I still go out and shop on BF, it is our tradition, grab drive thru breakfast or donuts, shop, stop for a nice sit down lunch, and shop some more. 2
Rockfordmom Posted October 25 Posted October 25 Getting excited, but was hoping to see a couple ads already.

mrsPookie Posted October 26 Posted October 26 Seems to me that the Black Friday ads are not leaked as early as past years. Or is that just me?
jtitus2014 Posted October 27 Posted October 27 I'm hoping Walmart, Target, and Best Buy pop off this year with good ads. My oldest is wanting a new iPhone, my son is wanting a gaming laptop, and my youngest daughter is wanting an iPad. My youngest son wants a trampoline so that isn't too bad. My oldest is also wanting On Clouds and some Nike clothes and my son is wanting Nike clothes and Lebron shoes. It seems like the older they get the less they want but more expensive lol. 1
Kanyon71 Posted October 29 Posted October 29 I find it insane that November is almost here already. 1
mjbateman Posted October 30 Posted October 30 My daughters and I will just keep the traditions going by going out on Black Friday and spending the day together. The younger one (18) wants to add an IPad to her list but says I can wait until my birthday mom. It’s in January. These kids. I hope there are deals to be found. 3
BFGirl Posted October 31 Posted October 31 I love Black Friday shopping. I don't like shopping in general but the early-in-the-morning-Black-Friday-shopping-when-it-is-still-dark-outside is my favorite shopping day of the year. 1
