The fun of running from store to store on Black Friday is gone, but I have done 95% of my shopping and will actually have time to really enjoy the season and my family. I am going to make a game plan for wrapping gifts and spreading a little holiday cheer.

I got the Ipad 2021 model 256 GB from Walmart. It is $80 off. My people are not picky so they will be happy with this one. This was one of my main items this year.

Last year we created a Christmas Wish list in a Google spreadsheet so everyone gets to place items they want on the list. This has been a game changer. We do put time limit on when you can add gifts and it has worked. I have 95% done. I am waiting to see if I can get a deal on the last items.

I know I want a cricut. I used my daughters and made letters for cups that I bought at a 90% discount now I have some really cute Christmas gifts.

I bought 3 pairs of shoes and the Candyland and Twister Blankets.

I am always trying to create the atmosphere like I see on the Hallmark Christmas movies. So I begin my deep cleaning a couple of weeks before Thanksgiving. Christmas is absolutely my favorite time of year. At the office we decorate our cubicles and hang up stockings after Thanksgiving. Everyone drops goodies into to stockings for about 3 weeks. It makes for a lot of fun and fellowship at the office.

The weather is shifting here in the ATL. Nice crisp mornings but the sun beams by midday it warms up. I am loving it!

For those of you who have Kroger stores (or equivalent) or Publix as well as Target tend to put butter on sale quite often. I am a big cake and cookie baker so I have to have the butter. I can freeze it and it still makes the best cakes and cookies.
