2000SE Posted November 11, 2009 Posted November 11, 2009 What’s the one item that you have seen in the black Fridays ads so far that made your jaw drop and say to yourself (not matter what I have to do, I’m getting that) For me it’s the Kenmore washer/dryer stackable at Sears….I really need new ones and these seem real good to me?
braylan1 Posted November 11, 2009 Posted November 11, 2009 the 3 dollar deals I just seen on Target's ad. Those are awesome prices!! Oh and the 32 in t.v. You better believe I will do whatever I have to do to get one of those!! :)
bfaddict1977 Posted November 11, 2009 Posted November 11, 2009 possibly the $99 netbook I hear from walmart. Other then that, nothing.
i.feature Posted November 11, 2009 Posted November 11, 2009 possibly the $99 netbook I hear from walmart. Other then that, nothing.Where are you hearing this? Unless it's like the Kmart POS, i don't see less than 150$
lbSuperShopper Posted November 11, 2009 Posted November 11, 2009 Haven't seen anything yet that makes my jaw drop. No Wii bundles, no PS3 bundles, no truly outstanding deals. I'm trying to get excited about BF but I'm still waiting for something wonderful. Maybe Walmart will pull thru for me....But where's the ad?
sleepyshopper Posted November 11, 2009 Posted November 11, 2009 Nothing jaw dropping for me either.....Hopefully something will catch my eye soon!!!
bpr Posted November 11, 2009 Posted November 11, 2009 Little things here and there, but nothing I HAVE to have. The TV at Target is one of the better deals, but I don't need it.
stacy0479 Posted November 11, 2009 Posted November 11, 2009 Nothing here either. Maybe the TV from Target, but unless I can get it a couple days before BF, I am not going to fight to get it. I really wanted a PSP for DS on sale!!!
sailorsakura89 Posted November 11, 2009 Posted November 11, 2009 My grandma always makes coffee using the microwave so I'm definately eyeing that $3 Coffee Maker at Target! It's a coencidence because I pulled her name when we had to choose who to buy a gift for!
tawnya Posted November 11, 2009 Posted November 11, 2009 Nothing exciting at all. So far I find no reason to get up early and go. I will still go shop but not at 4 am, I will wait til a decent 6am LOL!
FaithandRaegan Posted November 11, 2009 Posted November 11, 2009 I have not been impressed either. I will probably hit the department stores, bath and body works, aeropostale. BTW Has anyone heard anything about best Buy or Aeropostale?
hinman Posted November 11, 2009 Posted November 11, 2009 I have not been impressed either. I will probably hit the department stores, bath and body works, aeropostale. BTW Has anyone heard anything about best Buy or Aeropostale?I would like to see aeropostle and american eagle, got a teen son that has hoodies from these stores on his wish list.
KBsDarling Posted November 11, 2009 Posted November 11, 2009 my jaw dropping has been for opposite reason I know as kids get older the price goes up BUT the 150$ barbie nail studio and 60$ "mind controlling fan w/ ball" Mind Flex just have me flabbergasted at how expensive they are...both are toys I feel are in the pop fizzle category...these are toys I know will be ooohhhh ahhhh...and done so for 150$ I want more ooohhh ahhhhh
JohnnyLaRue Posted November 11, 2009 Posted November 11, 2009 Nothing yet. Hoping for something good though :)
georgiapeach717 Posted November 11, 2009 Posted November 11, 2009 i am with KB! i have been amazed at the price of toys!
jlr1260 Posted November 11, 2009 Posted November 11, 2009 I would like to see aeropostle and american eagle, got a teen son that has hoodies from these stores on his wish list. You can get pretty good deals just about anytime at those stores. My son's favorite store is Hot Topic and I rarely see deals for them (although I got a surprise deal last week when I purchased something in their store).
jlr1260 Posted November 11, 2009 Posted November 11, 2009 I'd love to get a good deal on a small TV but nothing will entice me enough to go out at 4 a.m. If I can find it online I'll be happy.
rjncmj Posted November 11, 2009 Posted November 11, 2009 I agree with some of the others, nothing has dropped my jaw. Now if I could find an add with $5 Snuggies...that might be jaw dropping for me.
mistereman1 Posted November 11, 2009 Posted November 11, 2009 Is there even gonna be a Black Friday this year?? No amazing deals yet...maybe Walmart will do something worth getting up early. As it is so far, I may get to sleep in for the first time in 15 years.
mom2maddynsky27 Posted November 11, 2009 Posted November 11, 2009 nothing jaw dropping for me this year. but last year it was the washer and dryer from sears. and i got it :)
rogue1230 Posted November 11, 2009 Posted November 11, 2009 me either..... c'mon Walmart- this could be your year to shine!
dmintelsgt Posted November 11, 2009 Posted November 11, 2009 The Sears Samsung Washer and Dryer set - unfortunately that's not something the kids are going to care about... nothing jaw dropping in the toy dept so far *sigh*
KimberlySA Posted November 11, 2009 Posted November 11, 2009 I'd love to hear more about this rumored $99 netbook. That made my jaw drop. Other than that, nothing is spectacular.
leah_steven Posted November 11, 2009 Posted November 11, 2009 I have to say too, I am disapointed in the ads so far. Although I have alot on my list, I haven't seen anything that was a really great deal. I have seen better deals already in the some of these stores than the BF ads
rsthayer Posted November 11, 2009 Posted November 11, 2009 I would like to see aeropostle and american eagle, got a teen son that has hoodies from these stores on his wish list.usually American Eagle has a percent off the entire store until about 10am or so. last yr they also ran buy on sweatshirt get one 1/2 off. also pac sun had like 30% off entire purchase last yr until 10 or 11 am. these stores dont usually advertise much but they are worth checking out on BF
2000SE Posted November 11, 2009 Author Posted November 11, 2009 I hope home depot will make my jaw drop too
sassyME Posted November 11, 2009 Posted November 11, 2009 I agree, nothing jaw dropping. Last year was the sears washer and dryer set that I did get! I can't imagine missing a BF! Do stores like aeropostal open earlier than normal? My little ones are growing up and I so want to pick a few things up there.
queenofshopping Posted November 11, 2009 Posted November 11, 2009 Definitely interested in the GPS from Target...
