The FurReal polar bear cub is coming up as $12-ish without tax. Still a good deal but not as good

Just got 5 bras, 7 bath towels (good ones!), 2 hand towels, 2 sweaters and a pair of leggings for $132.66! I didn't even try to hit the $150 mark because I'm sure at least one or two bras will have to go back, but I've made peace with losing Kohl's Cash if need be. Heck, I'd be happy even without it!

People say this every year. Trust me, most toys will wind up being a steal...namely anything you can get in-store that's Fisher-Price or another brand that's 50% off. With 40-50% off plus an extra 15-30% (when they have the 30%; not for BF) everything I buy comes out far cheaper than anywhere else!

Everything's going swimmingly for me - got confirmations and Kohls Cash from both orders, and some items are 'ready to ship'! So glad I made a dent in my list! And to the person who said not all the 50% off toy brand have the correct prices: anything that says 'Online Only' is excluded and likely a lower % off. They do that every year.

FINALLY done...as usual I wound up getting a lot more than I'd anticipated!

Oh my god it's worse than I thought...it gave me my BF cart FROM TWO YEARS AGO. I didn't even place that order on this computer!! I think I'm about to start crying hysterically.

That freaked me out so much that I just left. Went back to the splash page and, yay, it let me in! Signed out, signed in again, and all that stuff is still in my cart. What the heck? I feel like I'm in the Twilight Zone!

I'd sure as heck rather sit here in my pj's in my warm house than go through all that! It was exhilarating in a way, but for me, laziness wins every time.

New Jersey's blue laws were suspended after Sandy...at least to the extent that malls could be open on Sundays. Not sure if that's still in effect, or if it has any effect on Thanksgiving Day stuff.

Went to one near me today to see my friend while she was at work. Already lots of big sales, including 60% off select sweaters and tops (as well as all panties in Gap Body), 40% off scarves etc., 30-40% off a bunch of other stuff, and an extra 30% off clearance...oh, and they already had the $19 pj sets as mentioned above. It was amazed how empty the store was! Got 3 AMAZINGLY soft scarves for ~$16 each, and a henley for ~$7 (including an extra 10% off for using my Old Navy card - just today, because it's Tuesday). She mentioned that, in this mall, Gap and Old Navy will be the only stores open on Thursday. Such a bummer that ON isn't doing the early BF for cardholders, though
