Isnt TRU open on Thanksgiving & having a Thanksgiving Day sale? Just wondering why the the sale is until Nov. 26 Nov. 25? Maybe opening Turkey Day was a last minute thing.

QVC had an awesome deal on the WII yesterday. It was a "Today Special Value". -The bundle included the WII (of course), standard remote, nunchuck, Wii Sports game, driving wheel, tennis racket, shooter, bat, golf club, carrying case, 101 games in 1 game & couple other things for $299.99. & Easy Pay was offered which broke the payments down for 6 months @ $51-98 (including shipping). I thought that was a great deal, so I told my to jump on it for my dd7 (she wanted to buy that for her this year).

Now, that you mention that, you are right ...I think the mailed ones have those $10 off coupons for their "special" mailing list people, idk. But, I dont mind bcuz, I just ring up in $75 increments as a pp said & get as many $10 gc as possible, which is usually 3. & to answer your question, its not gonna be in the paper until next week when the sale starts... now that, Im 100% sure about ....lol

Yes, the book that will be in the paper will be exactly the same, coupons & all. I am not on the mailing list, so I always get mines from the paper & the coupons are there. *EDIT* Sorry, it was just bought to my attention that the ones in the mail only have the coupon for $10 gc on $75 purchase....SORRY! I think the $10 off $100 coupons are for mailing list recipients.

I keep all my receipts in one place & on Christmas Eve I add them all up. They usually get shredded around this time the following year when Im positive I dont need them.

Yes, TRU is doing it. Its not advertised on their website (I dont know why), but check with your local store & check out the TRU thread.

Thnx for asking this question ; I like reading everyone's answers. I get up about 8ish. I usually eat dinner @ my Mom's, so I dont have anything to cook, so me & the girls sit & watch the parades on TV. We usually head out of the house around 1 to start our visiting of the relatives. We end up @ Moms about 5 oclock, eat dinner, watch football & have dessert. I usually head to KMart on my way home bcuz the kids stay with mom while I shop BF. Mom will already have the paper, so I double check my typed list that I have from GD to make sure I have everthing. I get to bed no later than 9 so Im already to go. I have everything set up on the table in a brown envelope (cash, VISA, ID, ads, pen & of course my cell phone) so I dont forget anything.

That would be great if it worked that way ; thats like the way KMart is doing it. Did this already start? Is there info about this online?

I get the Sunday paper every week, but I also look through it first to make sure everything is there...lol So, I would check to see if its there before I buy ; & I pay $1 for my Sunday paper.

I dont put the presents out until Christmas Eve (I have a dd7, who still believes & a dd15 months), so I wrap the gifts, put them in huge black trash bags & put them in my mom's basement or attic. They get "delivered" to my apartment Christmas Eve while the kids are sleeping or I'll go get them while my mom or brother sits with the kids, whatever works.

Oh, gosh ....me too! A whole extra week, what a bummer. But come to think, there hasnt been any advertisement for it. If it was coming out this Sunday, we would have heard something by now, right?
