Does anybody know when this should be coming out?

If anyone is interested in receiving the 2010 Wish Book, you can go to sears.com & add your name/address to the waiting list under "catalogs." I'm guessing it shoud be coming out in the next couple of weeks and at that time they will mail you a copy.

I start wrapping BF weekend. After I'm done shopping BF, I come home & we put the tree up & usually watch some Christmas movies and listen to Christmas music for the rest of the day/night. I'm usually beat from shopping so that's why I start that Saturday.

I put on a layaway as well. Going back for #2 at the end of the month :)

It does come in the Sunday papers as pp said, but some ppl are on the Toys R Us mailing list and they usually have it mailed directle to their house a couple days before its released. Also, the ppl on the mailing list usally have a couple coupons (usally $10 off) attched to their books that you can't get on the ones that come in the Sunday paper. I'm gonna call to get on the mailing list so I can get one mailed I too, remember the sale starting on Halloween. If it doesn't start the Sunday before, I think it will def start on Oct. 31.

So who's going out to get Dance Star Mickey tomorrow? Or who has pre-ordered it? Also, what does everyone think about those little pop on toys (by Fishe Price)? I seen them in KMart yesterday when I went to do a layaway. I was thinking of getting them for my dd2. They had all kinds of sets, animals & a truck that are pop-able too.

Do you guys have your "shopping carts" already filled with the stuff you wanna purchase then hurry up & click "submit" when the items go on sale? ....this would be my first year trying, but if I could at least order from Walmart, I would be happy. That is if they don't do the 24 hour thing again. If they do that, I could go early, get my stuff & just have my friend pay for it for me while I hit my other store & meet up with her later.

I have to say Walmart, too. I have 2 Walmarts close by, which aren't 24 hours, but they were just for BF last years because of what happened to that poor man & I ended getting everything I needed & more since they PM. When 5am came, I checked out and was out of line by 540, waiting on the rest of my shopping party. It wasn't as bad as I thought it was gonna be and I hope they offer it again. I, too, would like to try Target for the experience and because they have good deals, but as of right now, we only have one. 2 more are supposed o be opening (one next month), so I'll just have to wait and see.

Since I'll be in the car, I usually take just a small jacket (can't stand a big winter coat when I'm gonna b shopping all day). I carry my debit card, cash & ads. Since Walmart is my first stop & the only store that does PM (in my case) I take all the ads in that store. Every store after that, I just take the store-specific ad. As far as food, I just take water & a light snack until we go sit and have breakfast......oh, "we" are myself, my friend & her sister and bf (who usually end up leaving us after Walmart). I might try those this year as a test for future BFs, but I'm also curious about how the store (Walmart, in my case) would go about PM.

I have only been going since 2002, so this will be my 8th year. I knew NOTHING about BF shopping until my mom mentioned it to me. I had my daughter in July of that year, so she was only a couple months old, but my mom told me how I could go out & get her clothes, toys, etc for killer prices. She said, pratically everything is put on sale. I went. It wasn't a very good first experience, but I soon got the hang of it & starting planning and strategizing. I absolutely love it now & can't imagine not going out.

I haven't bought anything either. I will most likely start getting my gifts in September, but the majority of my shopping will be done on BF. I have been making my lists (& checking them twice :) lol) so I have an idea of what I'm getting everybody.
