Petco and Petsmart are the same way. I found a water dish on the site and went to the store to save on shipping and it was a lot more. I checked both stores and each said almost everything was cheaper online than in store. So I went to Walmart. LOL Amazon has it with FSSS: http://www.amazon.com/Nerf-N-Strike-Elite-Bundle-Nintendo-Wii/dp/B002BSA1HQ/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=videogames&qid=1260881537&sr=8-1 Nerf N-Strike Elite Bundle http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/518TYVFXozL._SL500_AA280_.jpg Want it delivered Wednesday, December 16? We are going to visit Santa today. All the kids gifts have been bought already. I asked them what they would tell him they wanted and it's not the same as what they said a month ago. LOL So I was thinking of "coaching" them with what they said a month ago so when they open gifts they think Santa listened to them. Does anyone else give your kids hints so what they ask for ends up under the tree?

You can probably just print out the $30 rebate and send that one in. Just double check to make sure the model numbers match. They should have the rebate form available on their website. Here is a list of rebates and forms: http://www.kohls.com/kohlsStore/ourbrands/rebates.jsp?searchTerm=rebates There looks to be 2 different camcorders. 12/3-12/5 was a high-def mini w/ $20 MIR and the other one is 12/6-12/7 mini digital w/$30 MIR. They each have different #'s.

My DH is a member there. He's going to be taking video of our house this weekend sometime. He always put up a lot of lights but this is his/our first year with an animated display. It's been going since Thanksgiving night and he's had to explain it to a few of our neighbors that didn't get it. LOL We have signs up with the radio station and times but I think it's going to take some time for our town to get it especially if they never heard of it before. The newspaper is coming later today to do a story also.
-
I think that's funny. LOL:) I don't think I'd want to eat anything (wrapped or not) out of any of my kids shoes. Especially the 15 yr old boy. We'll stick to stockings. LOL
-
Our kids only get stockings from DH and I only. My DH and I grew up in the same town but his family didn't do St. Nick. He never heard of it until we met. Last year I even saw signs up at Walmart with a reminder of the date of when St. Nick was coming.
-
Night of the 5th after the kids go to bed. It is more of a midwest tradition from what I've read. I've lived in WI all may life so St. Nick came when I was young and I've kept it going with my kids.

Experiences with Kmart.com??
shopping4my3son replied to shedevil31's topic in Deal Finder & Deal Discussion
I don't think UPS worked Thurs. 26 (Thanksgiving), Friday?? 27, Saturday28, or Sunday29. So I think you need to give it more time. The dates given were probably automaticaly generated to add 5 days from your order date without consideration for a holiday and a weekend. -
Just curious if anyone else does stockings for St. Nick? It's tradition here to get an ornament and some candy. I've also started doing a little gift also. Oldest DS is getting 2 posters, middle one is getting a movie, 3rd also a movie. DH is getting a new Tracfone I picked up for $10 on BF. And I collect Christmas themed snowglobes so there will be one in my stocking. Walmart also has some cheap stocking stuffer type toys/puzzles that I added for each kid. I also picked up some Ovaltine and A Christmas Story Fudge that Walgreen's had on sale this week since that's our favorite movie I thought it would be cute to have some when we watch the movie this year.

Little Christmas houses/village displays?
shopping4my3son replied to queenofshopping's topic in 2009
That's a neat idea. I couldn't do it with little kids, though. I have a hard enough time telling them not to touch. I could just imagine if there were some of their cars with it. LOL -
I tried this (kinda) :) At 7am I put the turkey (covered in vegtable oil) in the oven at 475 for 1 hour. Then turned the oven off. At 3:30pm I checked it and it seemed done so I took the cover off and baked it for about an hour to brown it more. At 4:30 I checked it's temp just to make sure and it was done. I took it out and let it rest while I finished up the other food then carved it. We were able to eat at 5:00 like I had planned. This was SO easy!! I will do it like this again for sure.

Little Christmas houses/village displays?

Walgreen's also has some inexpensive pieces. I have 3 sets. The first set is pieced together with some from everywhere along with rummage sales and are the larger buildings. I have it on a wooden "bookcase" that has 4 shelves. The second set is A Christmas Story (the movie) set and is on a buffet in the kitchen. And the third one is smaller buildings with the lights that are synchronized to music sitting next to the tv. My DH picked that set up for me at Kmart last year for Christmas. If I get a chance I'll try to take some pictures and post. -
Best Buy in Green Bay, WI had 6 people in line at 3:30 Best Buy in Appleton, WI had 4 people in line at 4:00 We drove by on our way home from Thanksgiving dinner and I was curious.

Does anyone know if Walmart will PM if there is a rebate involved?? EX: Kohl's will have the Magic Bullet on BF for $39.99 AFTER $20 Kohl's MIR. Walmart has it priced at $47 (regular price). Would I be able to buy it for $39.99 from Walmart? (I would just prefer not to have to do a MIR and I don't really want to go to Kohl's on BF) TIA

I bought a spinning base at Menard's a couple days ago for $30. I'm hoping to be able to see all the ornaments on it now as it rotates.

I think it's a typo for -write 'down' the pin. On my Kohl's Cash there is a pin number that the cashier enters. -

I was able to pick up a Leapster L-Max for $33.xx along with a ice cream scoop and a new wallet. My total was $57 shipped. I've been watching for a good deal on a Leapster so I'm happy with this deal. Plus I'll get $10 Kohl's Cash. -
There was one last year with the wrong price of the Wii at Sam's Club.
