Well my son ended up buying the Staples laptop. He's very happy with it and it's working for what he wants. We did go to Best Buy first but the guy said the $299 computer they had really wouldn't do anything and that DS would have to spend at least $800 if he wanted to put pictures on it. LOL My DH has a laptop that was about $400 and we've put pictures on it just fine. We left and went over to Staples. I am so fed up with BB trying to upsell everything that I don't think I'll go there anymore. I just can't stand it.

I had one picture of my living room and one of the house outside. You can pick from a variety of Santa's. Once they are done and downloaded (You must save them and not just open the file) on the computer (you don't get an actual print) I sent them to Walgreens.com and had them printed .41 for 2 pics w/tax . The first picture is $9.95 additional pics are .99. Don't forget to turn the date/time stamp off if you have one on your camera. I closed all the blinds in the living room so it's dark and turned all the Christmas lights on. We had a picture of the house outside (my husband took one a few weeks ago because he does a lot of lights) and I added Santa to the roof.

I'm hoping to get to the mall to visit Santa. With the weather lately and other things going on we haven't had a chance. My kids are still kind of scared of him but I'll keep trying every year. We have a gingerbread house kit to do also and more Christmas movies to watch.

When my now 14 yr old was 4 he asked Santa for new Legos because "my mom threw all mine away.":blush: This was also broadcast on a local cable station. I have a tape of it somewhere. He refused to clean them up and I was sick of stepping on them so out they went.

Drove by the BB in Appleton, WI and there were about 6-7 groups of people at 6pm.

I just made a purchase and will pick it up in store on Friday when I'm done shopping. One less store to go to now.

I was just able to place an order on line for the 33 gallon air compressor w/ free hose and reel for the black Friday price. I'll be able to pick it up when I'm done shopping on Friday. Now I don't have to stand in line at Sears. I'm not sure how many other BF items are available now.

Thank you. I saw a couple things to add to my list.

In yesterdays paper they had their regular ad but it also said they would be open on Thanksgiving Day and that ad would be in Wednesday's paper. I'm going to pick one up that day. We only get the paper delivered on holiday's and weekends.
