  1. I emailed them and they did refund the difference- YAY!!!
  2. Any know if Amazon refunds difference if you just ordered one? Or do I need to literally return it and buy it again? I just bought mine on Monday and paid $47!!
  3. Civiclover I feel your pain! I felt the same way when I dealt with them. Just as an update- the items showed up today- which is odd because just two days ago they were still at the warehouse and definitely not shipped yet but now have miraculously arrived- WHATEVER- at least I got my stuff.
  4. Thanks for the info. My ire was really more towards Kmart for not listing the dates as estimates and for not being able to give me any info about my order. At this point I really have no choice but to give it a little more time. I just had hoped this process would have been easier and I would have been treated better by their customer service.
  5. I ordered $150 worth of merch from Kmart.com on 11/25. The order confirmation said it would be delivered between 11/27-12/1 which is great. The email confirmation said delivery date 12/1- again fine. As of today (12/2) I hadn't received anything so I called them. First operator told me he would call UPS and check my tracking numbers, but then I got routed to Sears and disconnected. 2nd operator couldn't handle the fact that I was upset so he HUNG UP on me. 3rd operator told me my items haven't even left the warehouse and the dates on my confirmations mean nothing. They can't even give me an estimate of when my order will leave the warehouse. Basically if I want to know where my $150 of merch is, I have to call everyday and ask. Then she told me I was just angry and wanted to argue so there was nothing more she could do. GRRRR! Anybody else have any problems with Kmart.com?? Better yet, anybody have any advice???
