All products have defects, is it worse today with Apple products than they used to be? I would say to a small degree it is. I would also say that MORE people have them now so you hear more about it. I've been in IT for a long time and I have dealt with bugs in most every piece of software and hardware I've dealt with. One of them being to our core switches from Cisco that caused cascading failures across the switches. YA that was fun. Apple is more of a closed system but for the most part the hardware and software is pretty darn solid. The app store was a HUGE miss from Apple in my eyes from the moment the Apple TV came out. I seriously cannot believe it has taken them this long to put it out there. If they had left the price at $99 I would have picked one up to mess with. I have last gens AppleTV and I have a Fire Stick, have had others along the way also. I really wish I could combine my TiVo, AppleTV and Fire Stick all into one super awesome device lol my family hates switching inputs to get to different things.

Ya the larger FitBit one I think is called Surge. I'm pretty sure the Motorola Smart watches are all android compatible. Google also sells different ones on the Android Wear store. Should give you some options.

Don't really have one anymore. It used to be Best Buy but to be honest a lot of the deals haven't been worth the hassle so now we just go later in the day and still get most of what we need. Last year I think stop #1 was Toys R Us and then on to Target, Walmart. Was online and bought stuff late at night when the sales started for the items we HAD to have.

I bought the FitBitHR for my wife they have one that does other things but it seems HUGE so we passed on that which is why I'm looking at the Apple Watch for her. I need to see how big it is to see if she will wear it. Thank for, shouldn't be an issue she always has her phone with here. She may leave the purse at home but not the phone lol

We usually stock up on movies. We will get a TV if we are looking for one and a good deal pops up. BF is shopping for others and our daughter. We shop for each other later on.

I don't get a lot of rude people usually, more than rude I think I see a lot of people who are in their own little world and just not fully aware of whats going on. I've had a couple who took it to a new level with rude but they are usually easily dealt with. Only one year do I remember losing my temper at someone at that was after multiple times of asking an older lady nicely to please not run into the back of my leg's/heals with her shopping cart (this was MANY years ago and I was shopping with my grandmother). After the last time I lost my temper, turned around and told her if she hit me one more time I was going to implant the shopping cart in her posterior (not so nicely worded). She decided to get away from me and my grandmother looked at me, I thought I was going to get yelled at but she just started laughing and said I bet she doesn't run into anyone else today.

Next: I don't know what else to say except it's Christmas and we're all in misery.

As stated music can be transferred there are apps out there to do it. Applications themselves no they are coded for iOS or Android. You can probably find the same app on the other one's app store but if it's a pay app most likely you would have to buy it again.

Wish the big stores would follow suit.

I'm really thinking about one for my wife, I got her a FitBitHR but have been thinking about getting her something a little more full featured. I have looked at some of the Android Wear ones but we have a lot of apple gear so figure that may be better for her. Not my sort of device but she may like it.

That's awesome. My wife's mom used to not like A Christmas Story but now she has seen it so many times because of me she really likes it. My wife laughs when they do the 24 hour marathon she know's it will be on in our house but now it's on at her parent's also.
