My daughter told me this week that she is moving back here after moving away for college over 8 years ago. Which is great, but she's apparently leaving her boyfriend, and I imagine pretty much all the house stuff behind. So looks like my Kohl's list is going to grow, if I can get her to tell me what she'll need. Already got towels in the preview sale, but I'm thinking sheets and bedding, dishes, kitchen stuff...

Hooray, thank you!

I'm not sure really how true it is it messes anything up, that's just what he read in forums, probably written by people with better ears and more picky than me! I think for a 12yo it wouldn't be bad. And I'm sure whatever damage would be miniscule over a really long time. Maybe those needles can be changed out... That would make a difference I'm sure. Hopefully someone else with a little more experience and knowledge will jump in soon.

For sure pumpkin pie. Probably also dirt pudding and cookies.

Home Depot is actually ALWAYS one of the very last. Seems usually the week of. And I know they sent Brad a letter this year too. So they are one of the last ones trying to preserve the old "not until the day" release. I think we are past that!

Two years ago I got my son one of the suitcase type ones that are in all the ads. He started researching and reading, and was afraid it would ruin his vinyls. So last year he picked out a different turntable, after looking at many. He got a Fluance, and Amazon put it on sale Thanksgiving day. He really likes it and says it sounds better

I might give in and get a new phone (KICKING AND SCREAMING I might add!) soon. All the other deals are for the other carriers, so I was looking out for T-Mobile. But you have to add another line to get the phones deals?? I already have a line. Plus, you have to trade a phone. How do they think you have a tradable phone if you don't have a line? Weird. I'll have to go up and talk to them I guess. Or keep my phone.

It didn't force me to clean out mine! I wish it had. I really need to though.

So... You can open the top of the box and remove the socks without punching out the holes. I almost did that with mine.

My mom puts her tree and most decorations up the weekend before Thanksgiving, but leaves the kitchen. Then, after dinner, we take down Thanksgiving in the kitchen and work on Christmas. That might be a solution for you.

The candles might have made it in the ad. The last page is kinda smeary and hard to read... but that might be the candles there.

Well got one order done. Got another ready, then changed my mind and removed everything. Might do one more. The thing is, I struggle with myself every time on the difference in getting the $15 kc next week. So I have to do all the math. And justify the the $10 and 30% is going to be more than the $15. Like the jar candles... They are BF price already. Getting 7 now comes out to $1.79 each. Next week, counting it as earning $7.50KC, they come to $2.xx. So that I can justify. But towels... It would be $3 cheaper today, but the $17 cost next week earns $5 kc. (KC conversion. - $.30 per dollar) So yeah... I have to make everything hard! Really though, for small differences like that, I should still do it today, because truthfully, I have a hard time spending all the KC I usually earn. This year though I plan to buy my son a pair of Converse, so I won't have as much trouble.
-
I hear ya in that! I paid a few hundred dollars extra on my card last month to help offset what I'll out on it this month! I actually haven't placed any orders yet. I like to wait until bedtime on the last day, and then stress finding the perfect thing to bring me to the threshold of whatever goal I'm trying to accomplish!

Haha! I was thinking the same thing for the trash bags! Those are usually something on my DG BF list. I usually end up getting a few food and paper things. But I didn't go out last year, and I most likely won't this year unless I just stop on the ways to mama's for dinner. I have found that my "gotta have it" level has really decreased the last few years.

I kinda like the storage sofa they have. Not sure how well that would work in my living room though. I really could use some new living room furniture though.

I use the Kohl's cash I earn Thanksgiving week for items that coupons are not allowed on. Converse, Levi, and now toys can't have coupons used.
-
Hooray! I wish my person would make up his mind so I could go ahead and get that done too!
-
I'm adding things to my Kohl's shopping list on their website (so when the sale goes live I just run down and add everything to cart, sizes and colors are already chosen), and I'm noticing a few things already at the BF price. So you may want to check your items, and see if it might be better to buy today with 30% and $10/25 coupons. Also would depend on whether you will want more KC at $15, to purchase something like converse that you can't use coupon codes on.

Here? Go to the main Black Friday site. In the top right is a search bar. That will give the results for every store's ad. https://blackfriday.gottadeal.com/

Amazon has the Oculus Rift back in stock and still $349.

I added a couple holiday themed salad plates that matches my stuff (gingerbread). They are really cute. And I figure I could always use them for cookies or something. They are currently on sale for $2.4 before any coupons. They have snowmen and peppermint too. https://m.kohls.com/product/prd-3359463/st-nicholas-square-gingerbread-salad-plate.jsp?prdPV=14&userPFM=gingerbread&diestoreid=437&selectShip=true

I understand. Every time they taunt me with that $70 credit I have to resist... Argh. I expect that Amazon will have it at $349 again on Thanksgiving, they are always good at price matching. But at least with Best Buy you can get rewards points if you're a member. So that's something to fall back on if needed.
-
It's $349 at Best Buy right now. I think until Sunday, as part of their black Friday preview.

Dang it guys, I DO NOT have room for another kitchen appliance!
