I'm pretty good on buying. A few gift cards and maybe a couple small things. And I need more stocking stuffers. Dinner with friends this Saturday, and me and my friend always go out shopping while the guys watch a movie. So maybe I can find some things then. I am waiting on 5 orders to arrive. One is in 3 shipments. The two gifts we are giving out town.. one is joint gift so we sent money for the closer person to purchase, and the other I did a direct ship. Oh, which reminds me, I have 3 additional orders I'm waiting on. So 8. Wrapping. Ugh. Last year we turned the extra room into a wrapping room. It was great. Set up a table and had the paper in there, and organized the gifts on the bed. Well a few weeks ago, my dad needed somewhere to stay for "a couple nights". That ended up being 4 weeks. And when all the packages were being delivered. So they all went in the dining room. So now all my packages are upstairs, and the supplies downstairs. And I don't want to move either of them. Getting started is the hardest part. I had a list of things I wanted to make. That's not going well. And most probably won't get done. I have a blanket half knitted that *might* make it. I also have a baby shower next week that I found about last week, that I want to knit a blanket for. I don't usually bake and make candy until the weekend before. But the people we are doing dinner with this weekend... well his gift is usually a big batch of buckeyes. So I need to make those sometime between now and Saturday. It will get done though, it always does...

We have a lot of the same things as Thanksgiving, with a few additions, and different meat. Honey Baked Ham Turkey breast (for dad who doesn't eat ham) Mashed potatoes Sometimes noodles Green beans Sweet potatoes Sometimes mac and cheese White corn Pickles and olives Mama cooks, and I do the desserts. Cookies (chocolate chip, sugar, double fudge, and I might try the orange cranberry ones posted here a few weeks ago.) Buckeyes Brownies Probably cupcakes, and maybe some other candy. Haven't got that far in thinking yet!

Glad you said that! Target has sent me 2 emails reminding me to use it, AFTER I used it in store Sunday. So I was wondering if it had an additional use online. Awesome! Thanks for letting us know.

I got my instant pot from Kohl's (I don't love Walmart), but I did place an order with them for a couple other things. After that order I have placed 4 orders with Best Buy, 3 with Kohl's, and 3 with Target, and they have all been received. My Walmart order just shipped Friday. Wth Walmart? Anyhow, I'm very sorry yours is lost, and I hope it ends up showing up. I did have that happen a few years ago with Best Buy, but they shipped me another, and then a few weeks later the original showed up. Seems Walmart could have done a little more for you. Maybe try calling instead?

Yeah, I just can't do BBW anymore. My mom went at 6:30 this morning (while she was out of town even!) and bought 12. She loves those. Oh dear, I forgot about Y2Y rewards... I just checked and I have $30! I've already bought ALL THE THINGS!

Oh no! Hope you feel better soon! I finally got the dragon inflatable with the candy cane that I was wanting so bad last year. So I can't wait to get him up!

I had the crud last weekend, but today I'm much better. Andi know what you mean about needing to get things back in order... My dad stayed with us for 4 weeks and just left last night. The guest room is my present and wrapping room, so all the boxes had to go into the dining room, and a few large things went into the craft room, which is still half full with his stuff. So I'm on the 3rd load of washing stuff from his room, then I can get things ready for wrapping, and clean up the dining room so I can finish decorating in there!

Thanks you! This week was just the leftover coughing and runny nose. But I can function now! I piddled around a little this week and got some more stuff up and out, including the tree. So it's almost done. I had hoped to get the outside done today, but it's raining pretty hard here, boo. Maybe tomorrow.

Happy December! I am pretty pleased with my shopping progress so far. Wrapping... Well that hasn't started yet. But it will today (she says hopefully).

The 5% doesn't work on gift cards. Only Redcards give 5% off. If you use multiple payment types on one order, then the percentage off will depend on the amount in each payment type. (and remember, you won't get 10% off when using the gift card. Just when buying them. But since I will be buying and using them, it's like I'm getting off my purchase.)

Phone chargers and cables are usually good. And flash drives. Unfortunately, my guys are good on all those... But maybe some ideas for others.

I think I've had at least 3 packages a day since Wednesday! I have 2 more from Best Buy (they think only one, but they sent me someone else's package. ). 3 more from Kohl's BF, plus another order today. 2 Think geek orders, 2 target, and still my entire Walmart BF order. I'll still be keeping my delivery folks busy for a bit longer!

I bought 2 pair of Converse and an Under Armor shirt. Spent $1.24 plus shipping. I usually aim to get things that coupons can't be used on. But yeah, some years I struggle to find something. Just so happened that both my boys needed new shoes this year.

I haven't received any shipping confirmations. I already have stuff in hand that I ordered from other retailers after my Walmart order was placed. I'm not a Walmart shopper, and they aren't impressing me... Luckily, I didn't order anything major, so no big deal, but it's still annoying.

Nope. That was it. And the store was fairly dead too, go figure. Up until 7:30 there was no one in line. At 7:30 there were about 5-6, and they opened a 3rd register. Because they had the extra people to do it! Normally by about 7:15 the line is at least halfway to the back of the store.

Best buy still has the black Friday prices on google home stuff, in case Kohl's doesn't ship. Good thing is, that if Kohl's cancels an order, you still get the KC!

Maybe, since so many people did shopping at the big stores online, that freed up their time to go to the Outlets, where they normally would be standing in line somewhere else?

All the totes are spread out in the living room, with a few things unpacked and put in their general area. But I started feeling bad last night while putting them out, and woke up this morning really sick. Sadness. Hopefully I can work more on it in a bit, ready to get my tree up!
