I was in Tuesday Morning yesterday and they had some pretty good prices on some Leap Pad products. I picked up 2 of the storage systems for $9.99 each, 4 books/cartridges for $5.99 each and the Easy Reader Phonics Kits 1 and 2 for $9.99 each. I don't know if anyone else is looking for this type of thing, but I was excited They also had several leapster games and some other stuff, but I didn't really look at any of that.

I have stacks of totes in the basement. I label them with the names of the people I buy for and then fill them up throughout the year. My kids are too little to go down to the basement right now.

Well, how about this. I'll go on the cruise for you and you can take my place shopping.

Is there anyone on here near the Springfield Ohio Target that is keeping an eye out on the toys? I'm about an hour away from there, but I was there over the weekend and they had lots of toys marked down. I was just wondering if there was anyone watching who could let me know when/if there's an additional markdown.

It's not so crazy. My kids aren't even in school yet and I've been out buying school supplies like crazy. I figure it's a good time to get them a new art box put together. There is never enough pens, paper, markers, glue, etc around here! I did the Wal-greens deals last night and got a bag loaded with stuff for under $10. I was happy :) (several of each: pens, crayola markers, regular pencils, colored pencils, mechanical pencils, glue, file cards, scissors,)

I'm ready for it too. Last year was a bit of a bust for me. Plans didn't work out like I had hoped they would. I'm hoping this year I can plan things out for myself a little bit better and enjoy it more regardless of anyone else's plans. I'm pretty much already done Christmas shopping, but just being out on Black Friday is a lot of fun for me. So...it's what 19 weeks and 1 day till Black Friday? Let the countdown begin!! lol

I'm in Bellefontaine. The closest Meijers to me in Dublin. I will definately have to check to see it they're having that same sale. I was there last night, but sunglasses were only 30% off. They did have lots of cute ones, but I had bought several pairs earlier in the evening so 30% wasn't enough to justify it. However, 70% off is!! :) As far as I'm concerned, sunglasses are like jewelry...you can never have enough!! Thanks for the heads up. I've never heard of Rugged Warehouse. I'll have to do some research on that and see if there are any around here. Thanks!!

I love the Dollar Tree too, but I haven't been there for quite awhile. It's a great place for stocking stuffers!
